2nd time staying here, really happy with the size, cleanliness and comfort the room. It’s far from central London but is easily accessible by bus and tube (Hayes and Harlington or Hatton Cross station). I have purchased breakfast this time, like it with plenty of healthy options, they’ve a la carte items like pancake, omelette, but I didn’t try. Gym and spa are amazing, top notched. However it only opens at 8am on Sunday. Very likely to stay there again when I’m in London next.

The Radisson Blu is a very fine airport hotel. Reception was swift and friendly. The room was clean and well appointed. Transportation from/to Heathrow was convenient (we used the Heathrow Hoppa). We enjoyed a good buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Overall, good value for money.

Only stayed for an extended layover but it was a beautiful hotel with a perfectly cosy little room.

Staff was fantastic

It’s very nice. They were accommodating and allowed me to book in Early. I was disappointed that there wasn’t coffee or tea in the room having to get up early morning. It’d be nice to be able to have a cup of coffee.

Close to London Heathrow, easy transport to and fro with Hotel Hoppa which is on time. Good restaurant and McDonalds is next door if tou chopse to eat outside.I will recommend for anyone short or long stay

Good stay. Grandeur of common areas don’t quite match the rooms but it was a very comfortable stay

We had a fantastic stay here before our flight. The reception staff were amazing (Dev and a lady with name beginning with S- sorry can’t remember). The rooms are a bit dated but still a comfortable. Would stay again.

At Airport with Bus service every half hour to Terminals.

Exterior space at hotel had litter strewn around in shrubs and street. We felt safe and comfortable in the hotel.

Nice, big, and spacious hotel and room. Windows and air conditioning that worked. The room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was great! Very convenient for the airport with the HotelHoppa bus. Restaurant options weren't to my taste and there weren't many options nearby.

Quick stop into London on our transit to the Caribbeans, the property is well located of close proximity of Terminal 2 and 3, approx 30 mins bus ride at a fee of 3 pounds per person from the hotel, we were disappointed to be advised upon arrival into Heathrow that the property does not provide shuttle services from the airport to the hotel after calling the hotel, which is different to what is adverted under the hotels details on hotels.com Beds are a big plus for us, we found the bed at the hotel to be very uncomfortable. The ironer was not in good working condition, we had to fiddle with the cord to get it working. On the positive side, hot water is very good, breakfast was super with good buffet options and fruits, staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Wonderful service! My room was upgrade upon arrival and they even let me stay an extra hour since I got back super late before checkout and needed the time to sleep. Beautiful place, clean, spacious and the bus stops are no more than a 3-10 minute walk depending on where you’re going. My only complaint was (and this could be a cultural difference) was someone came into my room twice on the day of checkout hours before I was supposed to check out. Her reason was, “I didn’t have the do not disturb sign on.” But I would think you wouldn’t start entering rooms until checkout at the very least. Didn’t spoil the service of the entire stay. Just make sure to have that button pressed so your sleep isn’t disturbed.
