Kamar hotel dan kamar mandi bagus dan sangat bersih, interior baru. Hotel dekat dengan station subway jin'an temple dan dekat dengan nanjing road.

We stay here for a week. We chose Deluxe Room in 19th floor. The room is clean and tidy. The bathroom is bathtub with hanging shower. Everyday we swim in the 4th floor. They have indoor swimming pool. Very convenient although the water is a bit cold. Most of the guests here are western people. So their staffs can speak English fluently. Even before stay here, I stayed in 5 star luxury hotel, but their staffs barely speak English. This hotel offers good price, good location and ambience. Staffs are friendly, easy to communicate with also very cooperative. Located in the heart of Shanghai, the city view is so beautiful. Definitely will come back to this hotel again when I visit Shanghai
