Amazing hotel, great service and we loved the breakfast and dinner. Great location with easy walking/scooter distance to the shopping centre and all the restaurants on the Main Street. Only disappointment is that we had to leave! Very glad I requested the high rise balcony room, the views were beautiful!! Thank you so much

No draught beer and poor selection of bottled beer…

Lovely hotel and staff. Only down side for me was the ambient music, playing in reception and dining rooms, would reverberate which could be felt from early morning.

I booked and paid for a four person apartment and arrival was charged and extra amount heading that they we had to pay extra. Very non-communicative staff

Ottimo ma il grosso problema è stato quando nn ho dato in garanzia la carta… Mi hanno chiuso il mini bar davanti ai miei occhi con il lucchetto per paura che non pagassi ciò che avrei preso… vergognoso … viaggio tutte le settimane e ho sempre pagato i miei extra… poi arrivare addirittura in camera per chiedere il frigo bar come se parlassero con un ladro… bho per un hotel così bello, mi pare molto poco rispettoso nei confronti di un cliente.

Amazing in all aspects - beautiful renovation work with superb attention to details. The room (suite) was super comfortable, great bed, beautiful bathroom. Breakfast - very varied and high quality. The wellness area is simply fantastic - worth a visit even to enjoy the renovation work. Highly recommended!

the hotel is wonderfull.the rooms are big and nice.shower looks good but not practiavle. hot tab- very small... breakfast is very good but the coffee in the breakfast is not as good as the coffee in the grand caffe which is 20 meters away.

Our second time staying at this hotel. Every time we stay it’s a treat! The design is stunning, service superb, rooms are gorgeous, most beautiful bathrooms you will ever see in a hotel, but the real gem is the spa area and gym - warning: you will not want to leave! Also, great breakfast at the hotel as well as the best location right in the middle of the Main Street in town with tons of shops and restaurants. Just wow!
