This is my favorite place to stay in Medellin. It is a beautiful hotel, Safe, Quiet place, impeccably cleanliness, comfortable beds and beautiful rooms. Also have the best buffet breakfast and great dinner options.

Love the rooms, staff and location. This was our 4th time at this hotel, we stayed at one other hotel but this is our favorite. Close enough to Parque Jeris without being in the chaos.

Rooftop restaurant not handicap accessible. Taxi drivers on lremises are not to be truster. Hitel clean, good staff and service. Will recommend to others.

The restaurant's service was a poor experience, both with the food and the staff. I dream of having excellent experiences with D. Carlton, but that wasn't the case in Medellín

Room was too noisy considering its rating and price and compared to similar hotels in the neighborhood. The hotel staff was responsive to my noise complaint about a late night party in a neighboring room.

My family and I (with two children, ages 6 and 11) stayed at the Dan Carlton from August 15 to 19, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. On the first night, we were placed in a room beside the elevator, which made it almost impossible to sleep due to the constant noise. We requested a change and were told it would be handled by the time we returned later in the day, but it was not. Only after asking again did they move us to a different room. However, even in the new room, sleep was difficult. The hotel is located near several nightlife areas, and the windows are not soundproof, so loud music carried on throughout the night. We all had to sleep with ear plugs. Other frustrations included the front desk — always crowded, with only two staff members handling check-ins and check-outs, resulting in very long waits. In our second room, the safe box was not working, and it took 45 minutes for someone to come and fix it. Lastly, the breakfast was at best average. Overall, the hotel did not meet our expectations in terms of comfort or service. Is not a family friendly hotel in my opinion.

The restaurants service was really bad. Breakfast was impossible and the team servers look like too young without experience. I’m not recommending this hotel

The property is nice though very expensive. For the money you pay and no courtesy water in the room is cheap. Soap dispensers are clogged and hard to use. Empty shampoo and conditioner pumps The Wait for an omelet over 40 minutes. Service for Americans is sub standard maybe we are not welcome. We were treated much better at Du Parc.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in heart of Poblado. Rooms are modern with large smart tv’s and nice bathrooms. There were a few inconviences such as no coffee makers in rooms, shower water temperture, noise in adjoining rooms and with TV. On the plus side the hotel has a wonderful swimming pool and provides a great buffet style breakfast. Staff and service very good too.
