No me limpiaron el cuarto durante toda mi estadía ni basura ni toallas ni nada

I been on a travel assignment for a month the hotel was great I felt really safe the front desk staff was great also the house keeping kept my room clean I never had to call for service also all the staff knew me by name they also made sure I got breakfast every morning I always left 30 mins before breakfast was served and they made sure the food and coffe was hotel thank you guys for going above and beyond if I’m ever in the area again I will be staying

Very nice

The top of the towel rack looks like it has never been cleaned (or the top of some rack just to the right of the tub). The handle/control knob on the tub had green stuff in it.

Stinky

Pillows suck - need full size pillows or at least warm us you have mini pillows. Additionally, outlets are weird! There are NO outlets between the beds by the little table. If one has a CPAP machine, like I do, you have to put it on the floor since the only outlets are on the outer walls. Same holds true if you want to charge your cell phone - NO outlets!

Rooms too small, no couch

Didn’t have the room I made reservations for. Amenities lacking at facility and in the room offered basically nothing compared to other hotels at the same price. Communication was hard. Cleaning staff kept coming in without knocking while we were sleeping. At least easy to find and get to. Not much else really good to offer other than location.

Finding a drug pipe in our room , was unacceptable. When I brought it to managers attention, I was refused a refund as I had prepaid my room. What if we had children along with us ! What if my child would have found it and picked it up !!!! Stains on bathroom walls, and sheets. Bathroom door handle falling off Toilet would not flush properly.

You have to do something about those awful bed pillows!!! We are jokingly referring them as “ the torture pillows “. We both struggled to fall asleep because of the lumpy , hard micro sized pillows. Woke up with sore necks and headaches! Also, the smell when you walk in is so funky I almost walked right back out. Bathrooms could use a good thourough clean, especially the edges of the floor,,, eewww! Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room. The young man who checked us in was very personable and patient with my poor hearing. I appreciate that. However, the pillows along with that smell will make us never use this hotel again

Rooms are WAY To small! Had my hopes up as this was my birthday weekend. Was seriously let down.

The property was nice. When we checked in we discovered our room wasn't cleaned and looked as if someone had slept in the room the night before. We were moved to a new room after talking to the front desk. The fitness center had no workout towels or ways to sanitize equipment. A person was working on the hallway by our room and was still working after 8pm.

Quiet

Good location. Cheap price. Get what you pay for! Horrible bed and pillows!

We stayed in adjoining rooms, which was a bonus. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Two queen beds in each room were perfect. Comfortable beds and quiet rooms made this a great stay.

Hotel is basic, but was really clean, service was good

The Microtell Inn is independently owned and opearted. Wyndham is in name only. Although very clean, the hotel is dated and walls thin. It is conveniently located next to Fox River Mall, and the airport. It served its purpose.

Very nice staff, very clean facility, however it was very old and the beds were not very comfortable especially the pull-out sofa was quite miserable:(
