Good experience as usual. Third time staying in this hotel. But there’s always space to improve:: 1. The internet was failing and it was almost impossible to watch tv. 2. The service in the pool area has to improve, we basically had to get out of the water to go inside the bar and ask for food or drinks. Ironically, beach servers were faster. In general, beautiful place to rest and enjoy vacations!

Wonderful newly remodled botique hotel. Staff was very generous and the amenities were top notch. The ocean view from our room was spectacular. The beach is just steps away from the front enfrance of the hotel. The beach service, chairs, umbrellas, wait staff were all wonderful. Kumo rooftop restaurant was amazing and the bartenders were very kind and knowledgeable.

Hotel was nice. Clean and comfortable, across the street from the beach. Surrounding area a bit dirty.

Hospitality and how personal/staff treat guests are amazing.

During our stay, we were informed that the hotel was undergoing construction and that work would begin after 9:00 AM. Unfortunately, this was not the case—construction began as early as 6:10 AM on multiple mornings, with loud banging and machinery noises that made it impossible to rest. I reported this to the front desk staff several times, but each time I only received an apology. On the last day of my stay, I expressed my frustration, explaining that I had paid a significant amount to stay at this resort for what was meant to be my birthday vacation—an experience that was severely impacted by the noise and poor communication. The last staff member I spoke with offered to move me to another room, but this was on my final day, making it an impractical and frankly disrespectful solution at that stage. She also offered a breakfast voucher without informing me that service ended at 11:30 AM; I arrived at 11:45 and was unable to use it. Overall really bad experience. I do not recommend it!

There’s black mold in the room, and when I contact the hotel they never get back to me. And Expedia is not help at all. Keep saying they’ll contact the hotel but the hotel is not responding and there nothing they could do either. And both me & my friend feeling sick during the stays and didn’t get any response at all

AMAZING HOTEL

Property is nice and it on the beach and have access to umbrella and chair. The pool needs remodel. The rooftop restaurant delicious and the staff was great. Only issue was with the personal car service I paid for pickup at the airport, took a taxi to the hotel.

Beautifully tucked near the ocean but yet close to shops on foot. Nice view of the ocean. Room was clean, spacious and up to date.

I honestly do not have the words for how amazing this hotel was. The staff were SUPERB! The food and drinks options were amazing. The service was 11/10. The room decor and style of the hotel is gorgeous and one of a kind. For those complaining about noise do not understand when you stay in a heavily tourist area you will hear noise and Isla Verde is a large tourist area. Daly and Emmanuel were amazing at the front desk so friendly and exceptionally kind. Valery at the KUMO rooftop gave us the best recommendations and really went out of her way to give us the best service. Nathaniel at the pool/beach area was friendly and attentive. The young men at valet were amazing and I wish I caught their names to include them in this review. Will be staying here in the future.
