Perfect läge i Visby men ändå lungt område

About Breakfast ・I was happy with the ginger shot; it was my first time trying it! 🌟 The staff explained it to me! Thank you! ・I was satisfied with the quality and quantity. ・I requested in advance for an early check-out before breakfast, and they prepared two types of sandwiches, orange juice, yogurt, and a fruit, which was very helpful. 🌟 ・I didn't request it, so my room was on the second floor. Apparently, if I had requested a nice view, I could have gotten a room on the fifth floor with a good view. It was disappointing this time, but I'll do that next time! ◎The room was quiet and there were no issues with the facilities (I brought indoor slippers). ◎The staff (I spoke with two women and one man) had wonderful smiles and were very friendly. They made me very happy. 🌟Thank you!

Not a good choice for older folks with disabilities. lots of stairs. Comfortable rooms and nice breakfast, friendly staff.

The check-in and the staff were extremely accommodating and kind. Our room was beautiful, looking over the other historic buildings. The location was perfect, near the ocean and also near some wonderful restaurants. I would definitely, definitely stay there again!

Perfect hotel for a trip to Gotland and Visby

Great location with very friendly staff.

Despite what it says on Clarion's own website, there is no room service available. The "heart" of the hotel, the beautiful bar and lounge area, does not open until 3 PM. I ended up in a room that was so far from the entrance that I had to go through three different sets of stairs in different parts of the building just to get there. In general, everything felt understaffed. It was not uncommon to see trash lying around in the shared areas. This hotel is simply too big and gave the impression that cost cutting was far more important to the management than my experience as a guest. Don't get me wrong, it was an okay hotel (though probably not truly 4-star), but do not expect anything special. You could likely find similar quality for a lower price somewhere else. Tips if you do decide to stay here: - Do not bother with the app-based door key. For me, it sometimes took up to a minute to unlock the door after fiddling with the exact position of my phone. - Use the side entrance if you want to avoid being overwhelmed by heavy perfume every time you enter the hotel. - Bring your own toilet paper unless you enjoy the really thin, almost see-through kind.

Hotellet var jättebra och personalen väldigt trevliga. Städningen före vi kom var lite slarvig. Låg chips och annat godis på golvet under stolar och sängar. Något damm/spindelnät i tak såg vi. Annars inget att klaga på.

Staff was amazing, from Karin tending bar to Caroline, Johanna, Alice, & Lisa working the front desk, every need was met, every expectation was exceeded, highly recommend this hotel.

Hade en supermysig vistelse här på Clarion Wisconsin. Kände mig väl omhändertagen från början till slutet av min vistelse. Hade önskat att snacksen på rummet hade ingått och varit frukter istället för chips. Men utöver detta - fantastiskt hotell med toppläge!

Lisa is super kind and sensible. Shes the pride of this hotel.

Hotellets läge är mycket bra, i övrigt lämnar upplevelsen en del att önska. Rummet var slitet, i behov av renovering och illa städat. Det låg dammråttor i hörnen och badrummet var inte fräscht. Frukosten var en ledsam historia som förde tankarna till skolbespisningen och hela upplevelsen kändes som att hotellet har alltför stort fokus på kostnadsbesparingar och effektivitet. Synd på ett i övrigt fint hotell med anrik historia, trevliga utrymmen och stor potential.

Crowded at breakfast and a dog hotel which we missed. To big for our taste but friendly and accomadating staff.

Tyvärr lite smutsigt. Valde att inte ha städning efter första natten men ville ha andra och då fick jag ingen städning. Frukosten börjad explicitas bort 10 min innan utsatt sluttid så sista dagen blev det inge frukost för min del som kom ner prick kl 10 Trevlig personal i reception och städ.

Hotelli on erinomaisella paikalla Visbyn vanhassa kaupungissa. Hotellin palvelut ovat mainiot. Huoneet ovat ehkä vähän kuluneet mutta ei haitaksi asti.

Bra läge nära hamnen och med promenadavstånd till det mesta. Lätt att hitta billig parkering inom några 100 meter från hotellet. Mycket bra frukostutbud.
