Was a last minute for business. Easy and convenient.

We had booked a suite for 4 people. The room had no extra bedding for the sofa bed requiring a trip to reception. Very basic bedding given to us and we were told there were no pillows. Room very dated and worn. The bed head was peeling and badly torn. Bathroom was in need of upgrading. Breakfast was basic and the roof above the entrance to the kitchen was leaking badly with the ceiling badly damaged.

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the beds. The bathroom had a pee smell though and the sick didn’t drain well. Other than that I liked my room. It was great to have breakfast available but I couldn’t get and dairy free milk or creamer which made my food and drink options few. For future consideration please provide dairy free options especially for coffee and cereal. Many people have allergies, so it was inconvenient to have to still buy part of my breakfast in the mornings.

I requested a room free of cigarettes and pets, as my daughter is allergic to cat and dog hair and also has asthma. I truly appreciated the great effort the hotel made — the room was not only spotless but also smelled fresh, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! Without a doubt, I will return.

Very close to airport, staff was friendly at check in, room was clean but in need of updating.

Near highway, near airport but quiet, big parking space, spacious room, like that our room has fridge, microwave and coffee maker

Very nice place to stay. We stayed for 2 nights — it was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, and the breakfasts were good. My kids really enjoyed it.

Nice place to stay with a pet. The room was a decent size and bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the water heater wasn't working on the day of our stay therefore had to endure the cold water shower. Else a convenient place to stay for the night.

I liked everything on and around the property , but some the breakfast eggs were not what i call good , the scrambled eggs,potatoes,sausage were great but most of the time they offer what was called a omelets :was orful :( , more like frozen something out of a box

My family and I enjoyed the cleanliness of the property outside and inside. We were delighted that the room was spacious for three adults. Breakfast was a very good selection and tasty! We look forward to upgrades in the future, throughout the Holiday Inn Express & Suites by IHG brand of hotels.

Extremely outdated, lack of amenities, dirty.

Property is in a very safe and quiet location. Huge Parking, great access. Amenities not bad at all. Breakfast was clean and decent, nice area to dine. The Lobby to rooms and bathrooms can do with some upgrades. Overall a Very great place to stay .
