Semuanya memuaskan, hanya pada saat sy sedang tidur kira-kira jam 14:00 ada yang membunyikan bel 2x dan tiba-tiba langsung masuk sebelum saya membuka pintu, ternyata untuk disinfektifikasi toilet. Kemudian jam 16:00 kembali ada yang membunyikan bel tapi ini buru-buru saya buka, dan ternyata hanna untuk periksa tanggal expired makanan. Akan lebih baik pemeriksaan tersebut dilakukan pada saat membereskan kamar sehingga tidak mengganggu tamu. Selebihnya semua pelayanan dan staff memuaskan.

Location of the hotel, neighbourhood, comfortness of the rooms, service quality, breakfast... everything was very good. It is completely a wonderful choice in Singapore...

You get what you pay for. Classy interior, excellent staffs, smooth check in, tasty breakfast, no problem with the transportation.

Staff was friendly and helpful. but the policy when switching to king bed from double bed must have an extra cost/charge, which was not a pleasant experiences for us. despite the policy, the place is far from everywhere.

Awesome hotel with 5-stars services. The hotel interior is very modern, well designed and well maintained. Location is very nice surrounded by the quays cafe and restaurants area. The room is very clean and comfortable although is not very big. The bed and pillows are the best part. It is an Intercontinental 5-stars standard, very very good. Will come back again next time.

Great service! I booked for a king bed room for me and my mom, and they upgraded me to a bigger room for my 3 nights stay. hearty breakfast. great location.

Good sleeping experience, good room & atmosphere although quite small for a 5-star hotel. Clean and new, opened in Oct 2017. Location is near to city center, not too expensive to take taxi. Nearest MRT station is Fort Canning, but gotta take a Bus first (300m walk) or walk along the river straight to Fort Canning MRT around 1 KM. Breakfast is unpleasant though, only 4 main food selections and the taste is not good, rice & noodle is dry. We expect more from a 5-star hotel breakfast.

Hotel relatif baru dengan gaya minimalis tapi sangat bersih, simple, compact. Meski agak jauh dari MRT namun suasana sekitar hotel menarik unuk di ekplorasi. Saat malam hari, banyak tersedia restoran dan kafe untuk dinner di sekitar hotel.

This is new hotel, the room is perfect with amazing interior, the service also very good, meet the standard of 5 stars hotel. Love to stay here again in next trip.
