前台那位男员工（叫Be…son）态度很差，一点也不热情。我明明订的是无烟房，但我的房间和楼层都有一股难闻的烟味，像是有人在抽烟。

在这里住了一晚，房间很不错，也很宽敞，电梯附近还有饮水机，这很方便，因为众所周知，香港的饮用水很贵。

物超所值。想象一下，您入住一间非常宽敞的客房，配备两张大床、浴缸以及所有免费设施。他们甚至提供免费饮用水。香港最好的住宿，价格实惠。

前台接待员May女士人非常好，让我们提前入住，非常感谢！酒店房间很大，以香港的标准来说很现代，步行即可到达巴士站和地铁站。

酒店很好，但大堂没有电源插座。手机充电需要付费，我接受了，但那天不知怎么的，我甚至租不到充电宝。

工作人员非常友好且乐于助人。房间干净，足够容纳3名成人和2名儿童。

房间有异味，而且非常小，与描述不符。有税，但事先已告知，床垫很硬，我绝对不会再来了。

不错的酒店，干净，空调凉爽，交通便利，附近有地铁巴士、小超市和餐饮场所。

非常干净；酒店附近有很多公交线路。距离女人街和运动鞋市场仅20分钟路程。推荐。

Staf hotel ramah, bisa berbahasa Inggris dengan baik. Kamar bersih dan dingin. Menginap 4 hari dan dibersihkan setiap hari. Ada fasilitas tempat fitness 🤗

It was easy to check in and the place is near to the MTR and other restaurants. The room also fit my family, it was nice and comfortable, the AC is cold, and the shower has hot water. Everything was good, will sure come back again when we go to Hongkong.

Menginap di Regal Oriental Hotel cukup menyenangkan. Lokasi strategis. Dekat dengan halte bus, stasiun MTR Sung Wong Toi dan Kowloon City

Close to the bus station, nice room, and the receptionists can speak English.
