Location wise, it is right in the center of Siena and is close to all the tourist attraction points. It is also the only five star hotel within the walls of Siena. The hotel is well equipped, and since we booked the best suite in the hotel, the view from it is spectacular. The suite is spacious, the interior is of an European style but with a modern touch, room service is excellent and all the staffs are super friendly. We particularly wishes to thank the front desk because they helped to organize a wonderful vineyard visit for me and my wife. We had a wonderful time in Siena.

Great location but the room is quite small, and they charged us 120 euros for one extra bed. I think they should change their air condition as soon as possible because it doesn't work at all!!

My room include breakfast but hotel still charge scramble egg even didn't tell me it's not free every bad manager

My wife and I had a wonderful time. The hotel is spacious, nice and clean, as you would expect at a 5 star hotel. The location couldn’t be better. Hotel personnel is highly professional. You won’t find a better place to have breakfast than at the hotel.

Wonderful location. Beautiful building and very walkable to many sights. Staff was wonderful with the exception of one snooty one. But he just made the others glow

Beautiful hotel located in historic walking district of Siena. 5 star historic hotel with bar & lounge area for coffee, drinks, lunch, dinner, upscale restaurant. Great breakfast buffet or a la carte options. Food & wine were excellent. Large spacious rooms with great Air Cond (it was in the 90’s). Comfortable beds, pillow options. Stayed 5 days 2 different rooms-had a last minute travel change.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location, right in the centre of Siena. Staff were extremely efficient and helpful, room was lovely with view of the square, comfortable bed and good amenities. It’s worth bearing in mind that the rooms overlooking the street are a bit noisy from people passing by below (not the hotel’s fault) so I recommend earplugs for light sleepers.
