服务好，方便，位置好，离海边很近，只有卫生间小了一点，没有电梯，行李重的有点累，不错的体念。

員工很友善房間也很乾淨。唯一的缺點是沒有含早餐。推薦住宿

Noisy room with buzz sound, dirty carpet, bathroom flooded by a clogged drain, OMG!

Clean hotel within walking distance of everything. Able to leave luggage for the afternoon before flying later that evening. Breakfast was available but we did not have it. Would recommend.

The location is good . The whole place needs to be freshened up, it looks like everything is from the 1990ties . Breakfast was very average and overpriced as are the rooms . Be prepared that they will try to put you in a basement room and send you an email about it about a week before your arrival.

Location is excellent, room was v small, and lots of noise from next room

We choose the small room so was very tiny but if you are organized and doesn't have large bags it can work. The room was cleaned everyday even the shower areas which was nice. The staff is kind and friendly. The location is great, close to the station and a pleasant walk to old town

Perfect location! Approximately 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet and charming. The garden is very beautiful and therapeutic. I can't wait to stay longer. My daughter and I decided to take the train from Paris and stay in Nice but I'll stay longer next time. The guy at the front desk was very warm, friendly and nice. Everyone was super friendly!

Great air condition. Great location close to sea/beach but also city. Very friendly hotell, helpful. Charmig rom but a bit small and hard beds. Had a wonderful stay and can recommend!

L'hotel è molto caratteristico in un palazzo storico, la posizione è fantastica a due passi dalla promenade des anglais in una delle zone più belle e tranquille. Ci è piaciuto molto e ci torneremmo se visitiamo di nuovo Nizza.

Wir hatten eines der Untergeschoss Zimmer gebucht und mussten leider feststellen, dass das gesamte Zimmer mit Schimmel befallen war. Das Personal entschuldigte sich und machte eine volle Rückerstattung möglich, doch leider kann ich nichts weiter gutes über die Unterkunft sagen.

Une Villa historique avec un emplacement idéal. Chambre acceptable en terme de taille (2 adultes et un ado). Espace limité pour le bain mais sinon l’emplacement et l’accueil chaleureux des gens fait toute une différence. Très agréable séjour.

Weit weg vom Strand! Sicher mehr als 100 Meter. Dreckige Straßen. Obdachlose liegen in den Straßen und Strand. Der Strand ist komplett verdreckt! Das Haus ist alt! Kein Lift. Aus allen Zimmern hört man jeden Schritt und jede Bewegung! Es is sehr hellhörig! Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert! Nächstes mal würde ich einen Kette nehmen! Die Bilder auf der Homepage sind nett, geboten wird aber etwas anderes! Nicht zu empfohlen!
