The personal at the front desk someone are nice some ones not some one are kind a rude.. Everything it was ok until my last day when they do not clean the room we been out side almost all day and come back at night and they did not clean . But the installations ok music by the pool Good the guy who made bombones very good the guy who gave us the umbrella very good. The only issue was about the dirty room. Hope the give me a credit or something.

It was nice and relaxing and right in the beach! The interior is a little dated but comfortable. We had everything we needed in the little kitchenette. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds are very comfy!

We had suck an amazing weekend! Next time we will have to stay longer because there is so much to do!

When we arrived the room did not have towels, the safe was already locked and we had to wait on them to reopen it, and the A/C quit working due to the drain being dirty and plugged! Staff done a decent job but a lot of money for a trip that should have been peaceful and relaxing. They are also doing remodeling so at 9 am be prepared for banging and clanging from those projects as well. We travel to this resort often and this trip was one that was very disappointing

Beach chairs are 18 near water which is not close. 55 a day is allot to pay for fees given cost of hotel room.

Hotel antigo. Quarto grande. Boa infraestrutura na praia. Funcionários treinados. Pontos negativos: limpeza do banheiro mediana e cama horrível (um buraco, colchão muito mole). O Hotel está passando por reforma, talvez melhore no futuro a experiência. Alguns restaurantes próximos, mas a maioria de rede.

Older facility aging poorly. Peeling paint & ceiling stains in places. Worst is 1 elevator for their 6 story building & it was out of service for hours on Saturday! Front desk staff are not friendly & helpful. I don’t recommend it!

Chris (front desk) and Kase (run beach attendant) went above and beyond and were very helpful getting us situated and it was really good help

Clean and beautiful beach

first night no TV or phone in the room was out. Beds need to be relaced horrible room was very small also the bathroom. Not worth the money

Nate is a great bartender. As is Rachel. The beach facilities were clean and easy. The beach staff didn’t seem to be all there.

The hotel was hot inside, humid, musty smell. The elevator stopped working twice.The rugs in the hallway are lifted. I requested service and towels on the app and it wasn't sent up until I called front desk from the actual room phone. All the activities are mostly at Island Grand and noone specifies that. The staff doesn't know where stuff is unless they have a map. It rained and the hallways had water coming in from the roof. For the price I paid of $900 for the weekend plus hotel fees for the activities its not worth it.

My only negative remarks would be that I put in three service requests on the app for the TV to be fixed in my room and put in a request in person at the front desk, but nothing ever happened. My TV never got fixed.
