It was a very bad experience to stay in L hotel. I arrived the hotel in the autumn season, but there was a black fly in the room. The staff didn't agree to change another room for me. No restaurant in a 4 star hotel. The facility was very old. The local person said they will never recommend this hotel to tourist. I don't know why they can got 4.6 for the review.

Very pleasant staff. Valet was easy and the people working the valet were very personable. Nice location for walking around Old Montreal. The room was clean and spacious. There are plenty of dining and shopping options close by.

This was a beautiful boutique hotel that was walking distance to many restaurants and shops. There is a cute coffee shop next door as well as one in the bottom of the hotel across the street, but you don't really need them if you want to enjoy the delicious croissants and pastries that are provided by L'Hotel. The staff was always super helpful and friendly. We had an absolutely wonderful stay here.

This was a perfect place to stay for a few nights in Old Montréal. Everything was walkable. Staff was helpful and the hotel is just a cool place to hangout!

Excellent service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front desk staff to the lovely people who prepared the delicious continental breakfast each morning went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the decor was an artsy, retro vibe. Loved all the colorful prints, paintings and movie posters . The hotel was in a perfect location for visiting Old Montreal and easy access to the VIA station

We absolutely loved this artsy boutique hotel! Can we give it more than 5 stars?Amazing location to walk anywhere. Very close to the Metro. Charming dining area with free breakfast of croissants, coffee/tea and OJ. Plentiful attentive staff. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Located in the heart of Old Montreal. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurants and tourist attractions. We very much appreciated the free room upgrade at check in.

The rooms need to be updated … bed was so old I sunk in the middle of it … carpet had stains all over it

The hotel was really nice & the staff was very friendly as well as helpful. It was centrally located in old Montreal and the walk to see the sites as well as restaurants was very easy. We were concerned at first that we weren’t near anything but quickly found out that we were upon walking towards the river. And we were within a few blocks of the gorgeous Bank of Montreal as well as Notre-Dame Basilica, 2 must see sights.

The area was lovely! The hotel is next to a brunch place that always had a line. The bed was very hard; my husband loved it, I hated it. Also, we found some old popcorn and gummy rings under the bed from previous guests.

LHotel Montreal was just as described. It was walkable to popular areas/sites and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Large well-appointed room, extra cozy chairs, pleasant staff. Not cheap but relatively a good value in a city costly to stay in.
