我住過兩間房,兩間房張床太軟(唔舒服),零景觀,無啦啦話你用MINI BAR,比張單你,叫佢CHECK清楚,上黎CHECK都得架,先至知無用過,CANCEL張單,但LOCATION係好,近地鐵(WITHIN 5 MINS).

Location good, service good , free wifi , excellence good, I will book this hotel next time.

這間飯店在倫敦算是高單價的五星級飯店。但服務跟品質一點都不符合五星級。地點離地鐵站近 但有一坡要走 滿累的。房間普通 無風景可言。若要住五星級飯店下次我們會選擇別間 不會在住這間。

Absolutely fabulous stay at Sofitel London St. James! The service was exceptional, the location perfect for exploring, and the cocktails in the bar downstairs were outstanding. The team even made a birthday trip extra special with a sweet treat and “Happy Birthday” surprise. Can’t wait to return!

This hotel has made me a Sofitel fan, will be looking for sofitel options for future travel. Will also be back here whenever in London from now on. Honestly cannot fault this hotel or its staff in anyway. Thanks for the great 7 days
