Wi-Fi so bad

Todo bastante bien q pesar de ser un hotel "veterano" es aparente que requiere una remodelación; pero fuera de esos detalles, la estancia fue tranquila, con algo de ruido em los.pasillos.

Buena ubicación céntrica, fácil acceso a restaurantes, lugar cómodo y limpio para descansar. Gracias

It was okay. The hotel is located near Colonia Roma Norte and Angel de La independencia. It is a couple of blocks from Reforma and you can take the bus to chalputepec.

Habitación a pie de avenida, mucho ruido

Muy fácil el acceso y ayuda del personal, muy cómodo para moverse por la ciudad, únicamente en internet era un poco lento y no pude usar rápidamente mi laptop

El lugar ideal para visitar todos los alrededores a pie

Location is great, but the hotel itself leaves some room for improvement. The bathroom door of my room cannot be closed because the door is slightly bigger than the door frame. One of the two elevators have problems with the sixth floor button. Staff are friendly and helpful, but the hardware is a little lacking.

Great location and within a few blocks choice of places to eat. The price was fair and I will return. Plenty of hot water and internet was stable. Easy Uber ride to TAPO.

Upon opening the door to our room, there was a very strong awful odor. The room looked run down, and the bed was hard with old bedding. The shower had hairs on the walls and the toilet had plumbing issues. Do not be fooled by the photos that are advertised.

Good place to stay. I have stayed here many times. The only suggestion is to add the number of power outlets. In today's world, we are constantly using our devices, the rooms need power outlets next or near night stands. This trip I had to find a hardware store to buy an extension cord.

Service was great. Unfortunately my room stunk like pee and dirty feet. Some nights were noisy. Maid services were not the best as I found black hairs on my bed sheets and bathroom was not clean thoroughly found old hairs 😥 . Front desk was excellent as the restaurant

Muy antigua, no respetan la hora de dormir, mucho ruido en los pasillos en la madrugada lo que no permitía el correcto descanso

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. The property was next to subway, bus stations as well as restaurants.

el hotel no le sirve el aire acondicionado ni los contactos, fue muy difícil cargar los celulares. No tiene cafetera, ni microhondas, ni frigobar, no alberca, ni una sección donde fumar.

En general siempre me ha gustado hospedarme en Segovia, pero en esta ocasión la habitación era muy pequeña, tenía un olor extraño y la puerta del baño no cerraba. Dejo esta evaluación por el tema del espacio y olor, y mi comentario es 100% objetivo, esperando que el hotel mejore porque me gusta mucho quedarme acá. Saludos.

Aire acondicionado y/o mosquiteros y/o ventilador de techo

las camas y las almohadas son muy incómodas, y las ventanas que tienen hacen que se meta mucho ruido en la noche , no cuenta con aire acondicionado, la ubicación está súper bien y el internet es rápido, tienen agua caliente para bañarte
