I love this property the staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this site to stay for any first time traveling to the city.

Sehr gute Lage ,saubere Zimmer ,sehr freundliches Personal,top Frühstück! Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren durch Berlin.

Alles war sehr schön am Anfang einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße in Berlin Charlottenburg, Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend und eine Gute Auswahl an versch. Sorten Aufschnitt, Käse, Salaten, Lachs und Obst und einiges mehr! In der Nähe sind U-Bahn usw. gut erreichbar! Einziger Punkt der uns nicht gefiel war die Badewanne mit Duschabtrennung ! Und es war im Zimmer ( 4 Stock) recht warm im Juli!

Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber! Die Zimmer sind noch ein wenig altmodisch eingerichtet, aber das ist in Ordnung. Es gab wenig Steckdosen

Älteres Objekt mit sehr freundlichem Personal, gutem Frühstück und gegebenenfalls fussläufig zum Olympiastadion

Always a very good place to stay, rooms are a little dated but not in a bad way. The hotel is very clean and staff are very friendly.

Lovely welcome to the hotel by one of the maître d's , very friendly, always happy to engage in conversation and very helpful. Hotel room was lovely and clean on arrival and continued to be throughout the week stay. Achieved great night sleeps due to quietness . The facilties were great , the pool and sauna were very relaxing and beautiful art all around . Great location , close to local shops ,cafes and restaurants . 2 min walk to many train umdergrounds.The area was very tranquil. Overall myself and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly reccomend and will likely return.

Disappointing Stay – Serious Hygiene Issues at Breakfast I stayed at Villa Kastania for nearly three weeks and was deeply disappointed by the condition of the breakfast service. From the very first morning, I noticed poor-quality food at the buffet – wilted cold cuts, questionable salads, and unappetizing cheese. Cleanliness was also lacking, with tables not properly sanitized between guests. Despite limiting my food intake out of caution, I unfortunately consumed two eggs one morning that appeared fine but led to what I strongly believe was a foodborne illness. I experienced serious stomach issues for days after. Even after recovering and returning to the breakfast room, I found expired oat milk being served. When I brought this to the attention of the staff (including a manager), my concern was met with visible annoyance rather than genuine care or concern. As someone with a background in hospitality, I was shocked by the lack of basic food safety and the dismissive attitude toward guest well-being. I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly urge management to review their hygiene protocols and customer service standards.

Really nice building, near messe and The. Ubahn. The rooms were OK, but the swimming pool and sauna was awesome. Friendly staff too.

During my recent stay at the Bernstein Hotel Villa Kastania, I was thoroughly impressed by the seamless blend of tranquility and urban convenience that this boutique hotel offers. Located in the peaceful Charlottenburg district, its proximity to the Theodor-Heuss-Platz U-Bahn station made navigating Berlin incredibly easy. What I Loved: • Serene Atmosphere: The hotel is nestled amidst beautiful chestnut trees, providing a retreat-like experience within the bustling city. • Spacious Rooms: My room was not only impeccably clean but also featured a private balcony with lush views. The soundproofing ensured a peaceful night’s sleep, which is a rarity in urban hotels. • Wellness Facilities: The indoor pool and sauna were the highlights of my stay. After a day of exploring Berlin, unwinding in the serene wellness area was a true luxury. • Dining Experience: The Marron restaurant served a delicious breakfast buffet and exquisite international cuisine for dinner. The cozy fireplace added a warm, inviting touch. Minor Observations: While my experience was largely flawless, I would have appreciated a slightly more robust Wi-Fi connection for remote work. Additionally, the parking spaces felt a bit limited during peak hours.
