Average across the board. I arrived and waited about 15 minutes to be checked in due to the front desk being unoccupied. Upon entering my room on the 2nd floor, I was hit with a musty smell that lingered for the 2 days I was there. The room itself was otherwise pretty clean, and honestly comfortable. The bathroom’s fan is set to run the entire time you have the light on, so the droning sound of the overhead fan is blaring any time you have to be in the restroom. Otherwise, it’s in a good, convenient location. The breakfast was palatable, housekeeping and other workers were kind and courteous, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. Unfortunately, the smell really turned me off, and it might be in part of it being in Beaumont, where humidity is very prominent.

Checked in at 11ish. The room was 85 degrees and took over an hour to cool down. The room had a musty odor. NO TV in the room. Two holes in the floor beside the bed. Weird! And the toilet wouldn’t flush unless you took the back off and jiggled to make it fill with water!!!!! So, it was not a good choice of a hotel….at all. Room 227!! I don’t recommend .

Nice staff. Front is nice and bright. Room was smelly, but after so many hurricanes and probably overuses, you can expect that. The room was meh, not so good. The bed was clean and comfy. Overall, it was ok for what we needed for one night. Wouldn't say take a vacation there though lol

We were in Beaumont to bring my daughter to Lamar University (from Eugene, Oregon). I liked the included breakfast and pool. Very nice staff, friendly.

I’ve stayed here before and the staff is always top notch .Quiet Clean an really well run.

It was perfectly comfortable.

Though they tried to call and let's us know the elevator was out, it was late and a lot to lug baggage up stairs. No working ice machines except for the first floor. They were polite at the desk. Other than that, the only negative was a gap under the outside door that was enough room for ANY wildlife to creep or slither in and up the stairs.

Elevator was broken but no one at the front desk told us so watched us haul everything past the front desk just to ignore us walking back to the stairs. First room was steaming hot when we walked in then no remote to the TV. They switched is rooms. The entire 3rd floor smells like mildew. Everything was clean besides the mildew smell. Easy check in

The lobby and rooms had a humid/musty smell. Other than that it was clean.

Awesome stay

Asked for a handicap accessable room, was told will do, a bath tub is not safe for handicapped people. Handicap parking was not available near my room, which was on the opposite end of the building. Most likely will not stay here again.

The hotel was ok. The elevator wasn't working and the card operated locks barely worked.

Elevator was broken, ice machine did not work none of this was mentioned at reservation

The room was nice and everything but the elevator was broken and there were some dead cockroaches through the hallway.
