I chose to stay at this hotel during my daughter's Cornell graduation season, as all the nearby hotels had skyrocketed their prices. Fortunately, this hotel still offered a very reasonable rate. The rooms at the hotel were spacious and incredibly comfortable. However, what truly touched our hearts was the hotel owner who generously gifted us with several wonderful graduation mementos. It was an unforgettable and heartwarming experience that exceeded all expectations.

Very old in need of renovation. Very noisy - neighbors fighting, shouting most of the night. Bathroom and shower very small.

We literally walked and walked out. Could be movie shoot for next bates motel movie. Attendant could barely speak. Room had stench and made my hairs on back of neck stand up.

Not what we were expecting. It was more run down and there was activity on the balcony. Possibly people living there full time. Sign said to request towels, which we did but never received them. Manager was quite rude and didnt have towels at the desk or office. They're very small as well. Room was clean but in poor condition. The location was convenient though. Unfortunately, would not stay there again.

I asked for extra towels and pillow was denied. Then i requested again on the door tab never happed. Usually i would hang towels and wash cloths up and use again but there were no racks. The rooms had no smoking but they reaked of smoke. The floor was filthy. There was some sort ofconstruction going on in the room next door till 11 pm or so. There stairs and walkways have missing concrete / holes. I will say cortland is a lovely town. Many restaurants and playgrouds

Night time looks a bit strange. There is no water fountain at all. Bathroom tub is not clean.

Opened door to a musty smell. Holes in the wall, masking tape holding wallpaper on. Other wallpaper loose. Corners dirty, small fridge next to bed was noisy had to unplug. Both at check-in and check out men were vey stoic not very welcoming. Bed was hard

The property was not kept very clean and needed repaired. I was kept awake at night by people shouting and felt unsafe.

This is very much a motel. The outside is very run down with some questionable people loitering around. The room is adequate.

It is conveniently located very close to downtown area of the city. Room was clean and service friendly.

drug addicts in the doorways, bad neighborhood very unsafe. hotel owner treated us terrible would not even refund one of the 2 night after we checked in. bugs in the room, tub looked stained and 50 years old.

Spend the extra few dollars on a better hotels. Spent a whole 10 minutes before leaving and booking somewhere else. Stinks. Dirty. 1 star is even too much

It was awful! Property is super old. Prices doubled because of activities in towns nearby. Bed, night stand , microwave, and table not in working condition. Super awful!

This hotel was not cleaned properly. It look like it double as a halfway house as well.
