Check in 時員工告知泳池沒有開，可以幫我們取消， 但我們已經去到了， 便要求升級房間，職員很好讓我們升級了。 房間其實很不錯，整潔的。每位員工也親切有禮。 只是裝修比較舊式，床也睡得舒適， 房間只有一個USB插頭充電。 洗手間廁紙有待改善， 是薄紙張不吸水的。 吹風機上的膠已溶化，黏手的。健身房設施也不錯只是水機裏面沒有熱水， 早晨款式不多，薯角不好吃，其他還可以。 整體來說十分滿分有八分

A great stay but way overpriced. Canada games were happening but no room should be $300 and up. Especially when I had stayed in same kind of room for half that price twice before only a month before. You asked for review so there it is.

Was a perfect stay for my work trip

The staff were nice. Breakfast was good but the bread section only has one old toaster for everyone to use. Very slow because of this. The hot breakfast was great except for that. The tv was broken for our entire stay although they did give me bonus points because of that, which I appreciated. The garbage and recycle containers in the room need to be bigger. They are TINY. We requested the room be cleaned on our second day as we had two kids, so we needed more towels and the garbage was overflowing. They didn't clean it, although they sent someone up that night too empty the garbage and bring towels. Overall, it was a good stay and the things I mentioned would not stop me from staying there again.

The sofa bed for the Kids wasnt comfortable at all. Bad smelling in the room. They made renovation next to our room at 8 in the morning..! The breakfast was perfect.

Good location, convenient. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is below average.

The view from the rear of the building was quite nice. The staff were also quite nice. The hotel is situated in a somewhat industrial area and the nearby restaurants (Starbucks especially) do not close their garbage bins so a large number of belligerent seagull congregate here to pick at the garbage and loose copious droppings on cars in the parking lot. Breakfast was 'ok' if you get there early each day.

Liked this hotel as it was very easy to get to and had lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Also very close to St. John's and the airport.

Great stay!

Kids loved the pool and slide. The pool was a little over capacity most evenings and is on the smaller side. There wasn’t a close eye kept there by staff and a hockey tournament with some teenage boys left me a little weary of my littles in the pool. I don’t blame this too much on the staff but a closer eye would have been nice.
