the location on the river is fabulous, however the mattress was terrible. I felt like I needed to wear flip flops to avoid getting athletes foot in the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the building, furniture, and facilities are old and rundown.

Pool, activities.

For the price, was not as nice as I expected. The staff was really friendly. Also the room I picked online said there was a separate shower & tub but not what I got which was a combo. The bathroom exhaust screamed when the light switch was turned on. Almost called to report but after a minute or so, it stopped. I left light on so I wouldn't have to hear that every time it was turned on. I did report both of these to them when leaving the next morning.

The people were very kind, breakfast was good. The showers are super tiny. It’s definitely a you get what you pay for kind of hotel. It’s not a 5 star but it’s definitely worth its price. Special thank you to CC for being super kind and awesome.

Older hotel but well maintained

The hotel was not bad overall but the shower was extremely short.

The hotel is great. We stayed in a room facing outside. It was clean but needs to be updated. I think the rooms with indoor access to the pool may have been upgraded I don’t know. The atrium is very family friendly. We had a view of the Concho River right next to the parking lot. It was just too hot outside to sit and enjoy the view. A microwave would be nice.😃

Priced right.

While this didn’t describe us, what a PERFECT family with kids hotel. The place is old, but very well maintained and clean. Super friendly staff. The pool area and games and play areas inside looked fantastic (this 40 year old loved the pac-man/galaga machine!)

There are many things to do on property and within walking distance. Some things are a bit dated but it was great for the price.

Everything was wonderful except for the door not closing properly without a tough shove and even then. A few baby flies in room that became annoying but beds were comfortable and room was clean.

General property run down condition. Personnel excellent. Location great. Needs some refurbishing. Beds comfortable. One bedrooms only have one chair. Needs a second chair in all rooms . Restaurant had good burger.

I would not stay there again.

This is a great family friendly place to stay. If you’re traveling with kids they’ll enjoy this stay. The property is a little outdated, my bathtub wouldn’t hold water for a bath and the tub was damaged. However, this didn’t bother my grandson at all. The atmosphere in the courtyard was festive and fun, everyone seemed to be enjoying all the activities provided. Overall, if I had children with me I would definitely return here.
