The hotel staff were great especially the manager Cloyd ! He went out of his way to welcome us and help us in several ways. This guy deserves a raise and a promotion! I hear he even has a long commute to the hotel, showing dedication and commitment!

Our stay in Cleveland was really nice. The comfort at this location was amazing. Very quiet. Some of the workers were rude, but we didn’t let that take away from our vacation time. They do hold $75 each day that you stay, for incidentals, this was not mentioned prior to reservations. Just be aware. Valet was very quick, but rude. Very clean and quiet.

This hotel absolutely forgot NOTHING. My sister and niece and myself raved about how wonderful our rooms were and the convenience to the Clinic are amazing. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Lobby was nice. Room ok Maids never came to clean room Toilet wouldn’t flush until maintenance came to fix

Good bed and great location - even if so close to Cleveland clinic that you should be prepare to hear the ambulances by night.

Overall very nice. Aggressive valet driver not so much. Updated charging stations needed.

Great property, except for the ironing board, which might have been appropriate for a one year-old if the one year-old could walk and iron. It was tiny and ridiculous and pretty much unusable.

This hotel is located at and adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic and connected by an enclosed skyway with access to the clinics many buildings.

All of the staff was very kind and helpful throughout my two day stay. It was also so convenient to get to my appointments at the nearby Cleveland clinic

Excellent property and service. Beds are super comfortable. Staff is wonderful. I noticed my ring has slipped off my finger long after checkout. I called to ask if they had found it in the room by any chance. They had! Really well managed hotel

Great and friendly place to stay. Restaurant 45 is one of the best restaurants I have been to. Has basic and fusion foods and the quality is outstanding - we didn’t eat anywhere else!!
