The location was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We were on the bottom floor so unfortunately our room was covered in ants every morning.

El hotel muy bien ubicado. La comida había leído que regular, para mí fue fantástica. Lo mejor el personal,super atento y amables todos. Dispuestos a ayudar. Totalmente recomendable.

INFESTED with COCKROACHES, they are everywhere. For 150 euro a night you can enjoy cockroach show. It was a true nightmare. Swimming pool water smells bad. Dirty, dated rooms and incredibly rude staff. General manager is incompetent and uninterested in customer. Location is ugly, beach is far . Do not book here is my best advice.

everything was good, except the luck of wall soundproof that need to be looked at, if you get a noisy neighbour you will suffer, overall go for it

Det er et ok 3.stjerner , men begynner å bli litt slitt. Slitsomt og måtte betale alt med en gang ved kjøp, ikke kunne sette det på rommet. Solsengene var meget slitte, veldig få parasoller. Men ok for et pr netter

Hotel was clean and had a very nice pool,however the wifi in our room did not work and they didnt offer any help or discount for us. The food in the buffet for breakfast was ice cold every morning which was very disappointing!

The last few reviews on other sites weren’t that positive about Ona Diana, but I have to say, I was really impressed with this site. The rooms were great, staff really helpful, pool area super clean, and great food and drinks available.

Nos sorprendido para bien el hotel en general, instalaciones, las habitaciones con respecto a amplitud y limpieza, ambiente de relax para disfrutar con la familia, la piscina, no es nada ruidoso. Alrededor se puede encontrar sitios para cualquier tipo de comida en el día con gran variedad de bares. Cerca de zonas de interés. Además el personal muy agradables y simpáticos, siempre atentos y colaborando con que no nos preocupáramos de nada. En especial cabe mencionar a Félix por su atención con nosotros.

Dålig standard på rum. Ofräscht.. vi hade myggor i hela rummet när vi checkad in och vi hittade även en kackerlacka i rummet efter första dagen. Det var en stor springa under dörren till vårt rum och vi bodde på bottenplan så enkelt för djur och kryp att ta sig in..

Enkelt og greit. Luktet vondt i baderom hver dag. Måtte kjøpe godlukt spray. En del kryp i soverom og bad. Måtte betale ekstra for frokost, trodde den var inkl. Hyggelig betjening og god frokost. Avlåst p-område.

Brilliant stay. Went away with my dad to watch the football over a few days. Twin room was lovely, very clean, spacious enough with AC, clean towels daily and beds made. Good selection of foods for breakfast, (didn’t have the evening meals) Supermarket right next door with an Aldi across the road and a huge selection of restaurants either side of the hotel. Pool was also really nice and clean around the outside. Staff were also very friendly, always helpful and brilliant. The location might seem a little out of Puerto Banus and Marbella, however, the front desk were always helpful when booking taxis to get to where we needed t, they arrived in good time and only cost €10-€15 Would definitely recommend and would stay again if the football is located nearby once more
