Property is nice and clean, staff is friendly and professional. No complains about the hotel or business but the area is horrifying, dirty, unsafe, homeless is everywhere and drug addicts are all over. We did not feel safe in the area or entire San Jose.

Cool hotel. Expedia lists the premium room as having two queen beds. They are doubles. The restaurant is great and staff is friendly.

Very trendy hotel. The room was very clean but a bit noisy, nevertheless we slept well

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Luis vom Valet Parking. Wir hatten es eilig und unser Auto stand mit laufendem Motor, aufgeklappter Heckklappe direkt am Eingang, sodass wir nur ganz schnell einladen mussten und hurtig lossausen konnten.

Wonderful hotel!

Once you understand that all of Costa Rica is like this, then you get that it is normal. There were pairs of cops on many corners so I felt pretty safe. Even in the evening, it was just a bit slower and cooler than the day. Just always lots of people. The Jade Museum was terrific. The National Theater was closed for tours. :( Great food everywhere. It was great. The room was nice and it was clean. The AC was perfect.
