Staff was great. Pool and hallway were run down dirty carpet. Our air conditioner was dirty and needed filter cleaned so it didn’t work efficiently At night bugs would come out of the bathroom shower drain. I even bleached it a few time and still had bugs. I felt very uncomfortable knowing bugs are infesting in our shower.

It was a nice property. We asked for ice & had to pay for it or was denied by the staff. Went to the grocery store to buy our own. We rented two rooms for over a week & paid a good amount of money. One of the rooms had bugs & it took 2 complaints to the front desk to have the room switched. Large buffet for breakfast but the food was the same & just ok. Most staff was great, bar staff not so friendly. One of my family members room had a broken lock on the patio door, a complaint was made & nothing was done. Any issues of concern that were brought up was brushed off by staff & nothing done about it.

Next level accommodations. Free easy parking. Walkable area. Great buffet breakfast was included. Although we didn’t get a chance to use them, there were indoor and outdoor pools.

Lovely resort. Had dinner at the Portuguese restaurant one night. Food was great.

This was a great option for our one night stay in Lagos. It is walkable from the train station and to the Marina and night life in Lagos. We didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the amenities, but had everything that you would need. The layout of the hotel takes a bit of getting used to but staff is friendly and will show you around. Breakfast buffet was great. Would recommend and stay there again if in Lagos.

Nice property room was clean as was the hotel, but many areas on the exterior need attention and painting. Pool area is nice but old and needs attention. Regadless of the this it is good value and a nice place to stay.

My partner and I had 5 nights here recently and absolutely loved it. We even got a random free room upgrade (and got told it was the best room in the hotel, what a win!). Buffet breakfast was nice and had plenty of options. We didn't go to any of the three restaurants as we went into the Old Town for dinner, but I'm sure they're nice too. Only very minor thing was the light outside out room only worked sporadically, so it was very dark coming back in the evenings.

Friendly staff and nice rooms. However the hotel bar was very overpriced.

I’m not gonna lie, I was most excited for this hotel. The pictures looked amazing. I was a little disappointed upon arrival. When we checked in they gave us a little run down of going to beach and hotel amenities felt like a little “nickel and dimey”. We got to our room and it was ok, pretty run down and dated but that didn’t bother us because as long as we have A/C we were happy. We opened the door to our room and found a huge cockroach waiting for us. Luckily my husband worked fast and killed it immediately. We chopped it up to a one off and put a towel under our door thereafter. The next morning ANOTHER roach attempted to enter our room! Ugh I couldn’t sleep the rest of the trip. The overall grounds of the hotel were pretty unkempt and dirty so we kind of understood where that came from. But needless to say we would not stay here again. I will say it’s nice they have a free shuttle to the beach so that was a plus.

Foi tudo excelente. A localizacao era praticamente do lado da estacao rodoviaria (100m) e a da marina e da estacao de trem uns 500 metros, o conforto, os funcionários todos solícitos e simpáticos. Tinha frigobar, item essencial q busco qdo reservo um hotel e o supermercado pingo doce (o melhor de Portugal) tb ficava uns 500m (vc anda um pouquinho passando por trás do resort). Muitos restaurantes, inclusive um mais simples em frente a entrada do hotel. Quem estava cansado de caminhar era só chegar, sentar e pedir.Jantei num dos restaurantes do Tivoli chamado "Pateo Velho" e pedi bacalhau...foi um manjar dos deuses...estava espetacular. Agradecimentos ao Chef Vlad, ao Vitor e Angelica que me atenderam com muita competencia, gentileza e simpatia.Com certeza voltarei e recomendarei a todos que me perguntarem dicas de hoteis em Lagos.

Fui usar o Wi-Fi deles e entrou vírus no celular, banheiros velhos e cheirando esgoto, sem acessibilidade.

Beautiful property with great amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants.
