Very ggog place

I do not like sleeping in a room with so much dog hair!

La habitación está muy bien distribuida, solo que me tocó una lagartija en la alberca y como que le hacía falta limpieza y mtto a esa área, fuera de eso muy contento

First room was definitely not cleaned regularly or well. Dust mites in bed. Tried a few other rooms and only 1 of 3 were clean. Staff tried to be helpful were ultimately useless.

All good, except for the parking fee. I have stayed here a few times before and there was no such charge.

THey did have a little fix up going on but it never interfered with our stay. Breakfast was always plentyiful and it was quiet, even with our room bing by the highway. This is the first time i had to pay to park at a hotel, so that was disappointing.

The staff was polite, but a few things caught me off guard. When I called ahead and mentioned I was bringing my dog, no one informed me of a pet fee—or a parking fee—so it was a surprise to be charged for both upon arrival. The hotel itself feels dated, and the elevator was questionable—it screeched loudly and even gave my husband a mild shock. Overall, not the experience I expected. Clearer communication and a few upgrades would go a long way.

I find it odd, that in El Paso, we'd have to pay for parking.
