Hotel en travail mais bon acceuil

Belle chambre, salle de restaurant recement renovee, personnel accueillant, excellent buffet petit-dejeuner. Deux remarques: le parking interieur est tres etroit et la piscine et le spa ne sont pas reellement dans l'hotel, mais dans les thermes. L'annonce sur hotels.com pourrait etre plus claire a ce sujet.

This hotel is under heavy construction. The entire ground floor is currently a construction site with absolutely zero amenities and is just an empty concrete shell. At no point during or since booking several months ago, were we advised of this. On arrival we walked through what is basically a construction site to a makeshift reception desk. We had 4 rooms in total in our group and of the 4, 3 of them had issues. One was the wrong room type and wasn’t 100% ready, another again was a wrong room type and the 3rd was completely dirty and looked as though someone had just checked out of it. Our room situations were addressed fairly quickly, however with the hotel under such heavy construction at present, I barely understand how they can even be open right now. Especially with no advance warning to people making reservations. We stayed here this time last year for the same event and have stayed on previous years and this was always lovely Radisson Blu hotel. It has changed hands within this time and while I understand the new owners may want to change the hotels appearance, this is not just a makeover. This is a full reconstruction. I am not happy that we have paid the price we have for this property, in this condition. I wouldn’t have booked had we known before

Love this hotel. They are undergoing a big renovation, so the bar was closed and the restaurants was limited on space. The lobby was under construction. Other than that, it was a lovely hotel. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be back

Équipements standards mais impeccables. La restauration est bonne et abordable, et le service très professionnel. En revanche, en 2025, recevoir encore des produits de salle de bain à l’unité est vraiment d’un autre temps, tout comme la gestion des serviettes de bain, remplacées trop souvent. Sinon, la situation de l’hôtel avec son accès réservé au funiculaire des Thermes, est un atout imparable par rapport aux autres établissements.

L’hôtel est parfait, confortable et idéal pour les termes.
