Did not like staff, not friendly / rude

とても良いホテルでした。スタッフは親切で丁寧でした。唯一、残念だったのが部屋のトイレの水が流れる音です。何かの栓がきちんと閉まっていないのか、トイレから水が垂れる音がずっとしていました。寝る時も音がしていたので神経質な人は寝られないかもしれません。 (316の部屋です)

It's an ok place

Bit old property but nice stay as staffs were very cooperative.

Very old property, broken equipment, noisy outside. Very polite staff and good service, but property needs upgrading.

We stayed there for one night - checkin took a bit of time and some of the requests ignored but rest of the stay was pleasant. The staff from the bellboy to the staff in the restaurant were efficient, courteous and helpful.

Unsafe, dirty and the breakfast was bad

It was all very nice , courteous staff , good food , nice food options , very clean and well maintained.

Radisson was an absolute dump. Water, plumbing, mold issues. Extremely rude staff. Old dated rooms. Pathetic lifts with insane wait times. Will never come back or recommend it to anyone visiting Banaras.

Unfortunately this Radisson property has seen better days. It is in need of a major revamp. The swimming pool was closed. Nothing about this was on the booking site. We badly wanted to swim after hectic day, but could not.

Room was excellent. When I asked them for a room with 2 beds they obliged and provided the room that I asked. The room is in excellent condition and everything was working. Service also is very good. I just tried their buffet breakfast and it had so many items to choose. Overall i recommend this hotel to stay in Varanasi

Very disappointing experience—bordering on the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. We rented four rooms for a university study abroad group. The rooms smelled like mold. We found blood on the bed sheets. Staff members would show up to the rooms with unelicited things (like a plate of random, chopped vegetables) then refuse to leave unless they were tipped. One of the students was groped (not by staff, or we would be pursuing a lawsuit) in the very small elevator, which took forever to move between floors. The restaurant food was acceptable (though overpriced), but the wait time for food was excessive (45 minutes for coffee and dessert!). The laundry service was quite good. The one or two positives in no way make up for the dreadful experience overall. I will never stay at this property again and urge others to look elsewhere.

Good locations for our short stay .The restaurants were dissapointing .No la carte option option available for dinner --only buffet options and overpriced .Generally food and drinks expensive .

A very responsive staff that made the guests feel at home. Food, directions, towels, laundry- anything the customer needs is a priority. Kudos to all of them God bless them
