The rooms that I and my parents stayed were in excellent conditions. Bathroom was new, clean and big. The bed was comfortable and the room was bright. I forgot my diamond earring in the room. I did not realise until I was back to Fukuoka. I called the hotel and they immediately sent a staff to the room that I stayed to check. THEY FOUND IT! I returned to the hotel in the next morning to pick it up. This is such a wonderful experience that the hotel staff was honest, friendly, helpful and courteous. I would definitely recommend anyone who visit Nagasaki to stay at his hotel. Again, thank you for looking after me and my parents during our stay in Nagasaki!! You all made my trip amazing!!!

Location is good near one of tourist attractions but the breakfast can be better versus other same grade hotel

離電車站很近.旁邊就是四海樓.哥拉巴.教堂.走路就能到.非常方便.飯店整體外觀與附的用品質感高.又有熱忱主動的中.英文服務生.下次還會考慮入住.

First of all, the room is small. Secondly, the beds are not hotel standard. lastly, the staff cannot speak Englisb well

服務很好，有free的上稻佐山專車，很棒！但因纜車的接撥時間未能順暢，須再原車返回，時間有些趕，未能充分觀賞夜景，有些遺憾，雖然設備有些陳舊，但讓我們渡過了美好時光。

Service is very good, staffs are always helping. Room is very clean. Several minutes walking to Glover Garden and you will get a terrific view of the city and feel the charm of both history and architecture of the city! This is far beyond my expectation on a Crown Plaza hotel!
