Hôtel propre et calme (j’étais côté piscine). Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant, ce qui est appréciable. Mais l’hôtel est vieillissant, pas vraiment au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Et la pente pour y accéder peut être dure par forte chaleur. Bon pour un court séjour, mais pas pour ceux qui cherchent du confort moderne.

Wonderful, friendly staff... very clean and tidy with comfortable rooms. Great pool that was never over-crowded... Close to many restaurants and a nearby sandy beach... would definately come back.

Bra hotell med allt du behöver. Servicen från receptionspersonalen är fantastisk. I övrigt tycker jag att hotellet är 3 stjärnor snarare än 4. Rummet var ganska slitet, framförallt badrummet, och ACn lät väldigt mycket vilket gjorde det lite svårt att sova. Läget är bra, med närhet till Palma med taxi på 10 min, och 10 min promenad till centrala Cala Mayor och stranden.

This hotel looks better in photos than in reality. It is located up a long street with nothing around it. It's at least at 15-minute walk to nearby beach & restaurants. The rooms are small & basic. Breakfast was good. Pool is large but pool area is very plain with no bar service. There is parking available which is convenient. Staff is nice. Overall, an ok stay.

Super dejligt hotel og især personalet var søde, smilende og hjælpsomme. Morgenmad buffeten var virkelig god og med et kæmpe udvalg af alt hvad hjertet begærer. Selv hvis man ikke er stor fan af Joan Miro’s kunst er hotellet en dejlig oplevelse. Eneste lille minus er selv hotellets beliggenhed, da det ligger et lille stykke fra hovedgaden hvor der er restauranter og liv. Alt i alt en super god oplevelse

Nice hotel with friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet options. Parking close to the hotel can be challenging and the street driving up to the hotel is narrow.

lovely pool area and close to the bus stop for trips into central Palma

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Vi bodde i ett dubbelrum med stor terass på översta våningen, där den rymliga takterassen var trevlig att nyttja på eftermiddagar med möjlighet att både sitta i sol och skugga. Mycket bra frukost och poolområde. Vi åt lunch ett antal ggr på hotellet och vi kommer sakna tomat och burratasalladen. Rent och fint i rummet, bra städning. Enda vi upplevde kunde förbättras var att det saknades en spegel i rummet (fanns bara i badrum), och belysningen i badrummet gick inte att reglera/dimra och kändes ofta alldeles för stark och kall.

Lovely hotel, beautiful pool, staff were lovely and so helpful, breakfast amazing, 10 mins walk from the beach, 10 min taxi to Palma old town, 20 min taxi to airport. Totally recommend

Really loved our stay here. We paid a little extra to have the rooftop with the balcony and sea view. It was nice to have that space for the morning coffee or sunbathe up there. The room was really clean and quiet. The pool was massive, with plenty of sunbeds and parasols. Highly recommend

Hyggelige ansatte. Savnet kun at de kunne ha spurt om en ønsket informasjon om busser og mulige attraksjoner. Ingen brosjyrer om noe, inntagende bøker om Miró. Litt reklame og info hadde vært flått.

Excelente hotel super recomendado

The most noticeable thing about this hotel was how lovely, friendly and yet professional the staff were especially on the reception desk and in the bar and restaurant. This made the stay extra nice. It felt extremely comfortable and as if they were genuinely interested in us. The food was very good and at excellent prices, always fresh and well presented. We really appreciated the air conditioning throughout the building and the freshness in our room and communal areas. The pool was extremely clean and well kept. Travelling from here to most places was easy and the daily shuttle to various places very useful. We would happily go back for another stay.

Property is close to public bus stop and close walk to the beach. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
