WiFi connection strong. Hotel room neat and tidy. Check in and out were smooth and quick. Beach was clean. A few pools for people to choose from. Breakfast was not bad but too busy at peak times that the hotel is struggling to manage. Staff were mostly very friendly. Had dinner at the Chinese restaurant but their champagne glasses had a toxic smell which is totally unacceptable.

The frontline staff are sincere and helpful, they assist us to arrange transportation to the place we wish to go and to the airport. We have great surprise to receive a birthday cake when we back to our room at night! Thanks a lot!

I chose Marriott again，because its beach and style. its most cloae to sea among hotels in yalong bay. Facility in room is not fasion，for example not enough socket but at inconvient position. Room design is fine，still ckmfortable. Stsffs as freindly as last time. Unfortunately，a huge cockroach was found in bathtub，not sure how it shows on 7th floor. I requested for disinfection of room. I can not believe its in Marriott. I had not headeven one single apology，maybe next time I should try aother one.

酒店不差，員工服務都好，但冷氣不足，可能因為我是怕熱的人。離市區很遠，如果不是自駕遊，要出市區吃喝就很浪費時間及金錢。但酒店的沙灘很美和水很清，我有機會再去三亞酒店，我應該會再住。

非常好的旅行体验， 万豪的服务真的很贴心， 人员也很NICE ； 酒店位置离沙滩超级近还有小朋友的免费游乐课程； 下次还会选择入住！

Room is big and good , management super , people are very nice , all very good except : The blanket need to be replaced , bed sheet not clean enough :( Gym room NO good - machinery too old ! For the price they charge , there is not much to eat at breakfast .

洒店內的設施及活動非常豐富，即使只待在酒店內不外出，也能非常享受，spa非常棒，很專業，酒店內已能直接到沙灘，非常方便，所有店員服務很好，會為你介紹行程，令我意外的是，有一天我們在外用餐，下大雨，雨傘不見了，碰到酒店員工，他很好，車我們回酒店，很貼心

整體渡假感覺不錯,但是沒有酒店地圖索引,要先從酒店簡介查找酒店設施,然後親自尋找各項設施地點.而且缺乏附近地點地區地圖簡介.此外,西餐廳的意粉及薄餅均不符標準,有點失望.中餐水準不錯.客房服務效率高,值得一讚.

挺不错的，酒店位置优越，私家海滩很好

酒店设施不错，位置不错，房间干净漂亮，给做了免费升级，早餐也算丰盛。但是我们住的3211房间，山景双床高级房面对停车场，上午还有酒店的人员在停车场斜坡上推车卸货，非常吵闹，酒店人员完全不考虑这一侧的安静问题，大声喧哗。幸好我们白天都在外边，对于宅在酒店的人真是个大问题。
