The accommodation was excellent, but it’s let down by the restaurant. We were spoken to quite rudely by the woman supervisor in the restaurant for trying to move to a different table. We then stayed where we were and noticed that we were served later than diners who had arrived after us. Added to this is the cost of the wine and food, which was frankly excessive considering the standard of the dishes served. This was our fourth visit to this hotel and the last two have been particularly disappointing. We will find an alternative on our next stop over at Stansted.

Only there overnight but the hotel staff were polite, friendly and ordered a taxi on our behalf. Happy with everything apart from the cost of parking which felt steep at £30 a day for hotel guests. £35 if not a guest.

I have stayed at this property many times and am disappointed to see that they have removed the fridge and all tea/coffee making facilities. Also the pizza that I ordered was terrible.

Had dinner in the he Radisson restaurant. Pitiful selection of desserts. Wine prices atrocious. Lobby and TV room brilliant!!!

Have stayed a number of times at the hotel and was very disappointed with the room condition and the condition of the corridor on the way to the room - dirty. Wardrobe door was hanging off and in a dangerous condition. The maintenance man repaired it and said he would ask housekeeping who had cleaned the room last. The shower rail was loose and the non slip mat slipped, not sure what the bath had been cleaned with prior to our stay. Would not recommend room 2140 to anyone!

My second stay here and although i didnt get a free upgrade this time my standard room was well equipped, very clean and really quiet which was lovely as I'm not a good hotel sleeper. The gym is good for a hotel gym with plenty of equipment, also very clean.
