把我的访客信息和另外一个房间的互换了，我购买的早餐券不能使用了。后来几经波折才找到我的信息，真是有惊无险。还有使用谷歌导航开车是到不了此酒店的，因为这个酒店位置处于一个单行道上，我们开车兜了几圈最后放弃，只好在附近的停车场停车步行到此酒店，也算是一种体验。

服務態度良好，舒適，唯有交通位置剛開始不太好找。

Very good and convenient hotel. Not very close to the main attractions of Lisbon but walking distance from Subway (Metro) so you can explore the hole city. Room is clean and comfy.

Hotel situato a meno di 5 minuti di camminata da due stazioni della metropolitana. Poco visibile dalla strada, tuttavia una volta entrati, si mostra un hotel molto bello con ch3ck in veloce e personale gentile ed efficiente. Camera enorme, pulita e con letti comodi. Camera molto silenziosa. Unica pecca, camera molto buia a causa dell’assenza di finestre e di pochi punti luce.

The room was very comfortable with bed not too hard. On arrival, we were given a free breakfast for one morning. We were also given chocolates at night. The staff are very friendly. Hotel in great proximity to public transport.

Ótimo café da manhã. Cama confortável. Sabonete líquido, shampoo, condicionador e loção corporal disponíveis no banheiro. Cafeteira e frigobar. Camareiras passavam no final do dia perguntando se precisavam trocar toalhas, repor algo. Atendimento acolhedor.!

We were only 1 night in Lisbon before starting our 21 days in Portugal! Hotel was perfect for my wife and I…

J’ai été globalement plutôt déçu par mon séjour de 3 jours dans cet hôtel. En particulier parce que : - La salle de réunion attenante a la chambre générait du bruit en journée, ce qui était assez dérangeant. Placer une salle de réunion à cet endroit est quand même particulier ! - L’insonorisation est également moyenne, notamment à cause du métro passant à proximité (et de voisins indélicats) Autres points à améliorer : - plus de bouteille d’eau à partir du 3e jour (obligé de la réclamer à l’accueil) - du thé disponible uniquement le premier jour Mais le GROS POINT NOIR : la baignoire ! Je m’explique : dans ma chambre il n’y avait qu’une baignoire, avec un pommeau de douche. Le problème ? Et bien c’est qu’il était impossible de prendre un bain (pas de bouchon) et prendre une douche dans une baignoire glissante c’est vraiment pas pratique. Je termine avec le positif : - Hôtel en dehors de la cohue (du coup un peu difficile à trouver) - Chambre propre (bien que pas très fonctionnelles surtout dans la salle de bain) - Agent d’entretien aimable En résumé, quelques éléments positifs mais beaucoup de détails qui nuisent au confort global. Dommage.

We heard the flushing of toilet and water from shower from 12 am to around 2:30 am. It was very loud which woke me up. So scary. We thought people broke into our room. Lucky we got our room changed. The staff at the front desk were helpful giving us info & directions to different attractions.

A great unique location.. nice restaurants around there .

Hotellet var bra och hade en fin frukostbuffé. Något för alla. Nära centrala staden och nära till bussar och tunnelbana.

Wir waren 5 Tage (4 Nächte) dort . Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr „dunkel „ gestaltet . Also in die Zimmer fällt wenig Tageslicht ein . Auch der Rest des Hotels ist sehr dunkel gestaltet. Gerade die Zimmer im EG sind komplett verdunkelt und sehr klein. Dennoch ist das Personal super freundlich - haben uns auch 3 Stunden früher einchecken lassen. Frühstück ist auch super . In der Nähe sonst direkt ein Aldi . Für einen Städtetrip auf jeden Fall gut .
