Paid for a high end room with sea view. Room was very tired and in need of update. Aircon was set on 16C and high fan and it was barely comfortable. Worst of all, in competition with every bar further along the “strip”, they had to have loud DJ music around the pool every night going to midnight. Afterwards, several people who had obviously been drinking the whole night come back to their rooms talking and making noise for another hour or two. A couple of positive aspects were two nice pools, standard drinks included, and restaurant buffets had fresh food, but nothing exceptional. I think that most previous reviewers were too kind and outdated. There have to be better hotels in Marmaris. I have never done reviews of any kind before, but just thought that I’d warn others who think that they’re going to a high end hotel.

My stay at The Elegance Hotel in Marmaris was absolutely delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the staff. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made my experience truly memorable. The hotel's location right on the seafront was breath taking, and the jetty with its comfortable loungers and umbrellas provided the perfect spot for relaxation. I especially appreciated the option for a late checkout, which allowed me to make the most of my time there. Originally planning to stay for just one week, I was so happy with the hotel that I extended my stay to two weeks. The food served was delicious, adding to the overall enjoyment of my stay. In terms of suggestions for improvement, given the hotel's five-star rating, I believe linen tablecloths and napkins would add an extra touch of elegance to the dining experience. Additionally, while the room was comfortable, it appeared a bit worn and could benefit from some updates. On the topic of sustainability, I urge the hotel to consider replacing the 33 cl bottled water with water fountains. The excessive use of plastic bottles is concerning from an environmental standpoint and takes from the otherwise positive aspects of the hotel. Overall, my experience at The Elegance Hotel was exceptional, and I would gladly return in the future. Kudos to the entire team for their efforts in creating such a wonderful environment for guests.

What a let down. 30 minutes after checking in our kids room was full of cigarette smoke/smell. In fact other rooms too despite asking for non-smoking rooms. The kids moved rooms, fortunately the staff were receptive to this request. The hotel is dated...1980's and elegant it was not. To cap it off, were were scammed with a massively expensive laundry bill. 1 bag of laundry...80 Euros!! Many things not right with this place but the staff at breakfast were well trained and receptive.

Our trip was cancelled due to Covid-19. We are now fighting to get our money back.

The property is really nice, however I don’t see how they call themselves a 5 star hotel with the breakfast they serve and the cleanliness of their dining room. We sit at the same table everyday for the last 10 days and the same green stain is cakes on the floor under one of the chairs.. it looks like guacamole or something.

nice hotel, friendly staff, lovely breakfast... rooms were very old and dated worst bathroom and shower room leaking! pools and other facilities were out of order too

The room was very nice as well as the facilities and the balcony. I had only one major issue and it was the very bad internet connection. As I was in Turkey as business traveler this was really an important drawback. Apart from that: warmly recommended.

Never write reviews but couldn't believe how poor the service was in this hotel. Definitely would not recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, but the rooms are outdated and leave a bit to be desired. The Spa and Spa staff were outstanding. I highly recommend indulging in a treatment or 2...you won't be disappointed. The all-inclusive meals weren't very appetizing. The nighttime entertainment was descent.

From the time we arrived it just got better.

A very comfortable well appointed hotel. Excellent meals in the restaurant. A good place to stay to discover the Bozburun penininsular

Hotel Elegance is one of the best on the strip. Beautifully kept, staff is super friendly and helpful. Food is delicious. Drinks are a bit diluted, but it's all inclusive so have a few extras! Turkish massages and baths are awesome, run about $110USD for an almost 2 hour session. Mud bath, foam bath, exfoliating and then a one hour massage. Good location, centrally located, 5-7 minute cab ride to Bar Street where all the bigger bars and nightlife are. There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance too. We will definitely come back.

we loved it and would stay there again whenever we are in Marmaris

ホテルのスタッフは親切で良い。オールインクルーシブなので飲み物はプールサイドをはじめホテル内あちらこちらで飲み放題（部屋のミニバーは有料）で嬉しい。夏のリゾート気分を多いに盛り上げてくれるホテル。 ただ、食事が毎食同じレストランで同じ様な内容なので数日居ると飽きてくるのと、大衆食堂的。子供連れにはかなり気楽で有り難いと思う。 残念ながら５つ星とは言えるようなホテルではなく建物も設備も古さが否めない。また、浴槽を毎日洗ってくれないのはどうかと思う。 リゾート気分を盛り上げるのは良いのだが、ホテル自体も周囲のホテルも深夜０時まで乗り乗りの音楽を大音量でかけるので静かな夜をお好みの方には辛いと思う。

Hotellet städades hela tiden , vi tyckte faktiskt att det avr lite överdirvet, men bra så, vänlig personal och god mat och mycket av det.

Hotel Elegance var et meget flot hotel med høj service. Desvære var der MEGET høj musik, særligt fra kl. 21- 24 hver aften. Dette betyder at vi ikke vil besøge dette hotel igen. Det var ærgeligt, at der ikke var bemærket at en del støj fra hotellet og omgivelserne måtte påregnes.

Nice location on the beach, excellent facilities, good breakfast, and close to restaurants in town. Staff was helpful and attentive.

Customer services here really bad. and hotel is fell like only 3 star. food is horrible.
