The location is near the bus station, which is easier to get on the bus to Chania. Also, it’s abou 15 minuets distance from port by walk. The double bed is king size, very comfortable. All you can eat breakfast is lavish and delicious.

非常糟糕的体验，想花多点钱住个有海景的房间，没想到阳台小的可怜，两张椅子都放不下，被子床单没有洗干净，弥漫着汗臭味，洗手间也不干净，马桶直接没敢用，夜晚也很吵闹，整个晚上没睡好，唯一还可以的是地理位置，离步行街和码头近，总体来说很坑，是来希腊十多天中最差的，价格确不便宜

飯店位置很好，步行五分鐘內就有大的巴士站，距離舊港和吃飯的地方也很近，晚上不會吵鬧，沒有面海的房間也有一個蠻大的陽台，晚上可以在陽台喝酒吃點心，櫃台是24小時的，服務人員很親切、給的資訊有很大的幫助，大廳的環境是美麗乾淨的，唯一小小的缺點就是浴室偏小

距離巴士總站很近，一個斜坡的高度，要前往其他城市很方便。 距離港口很近，搭船前往其他島嶼很方便。 距離熱鬧的25th August Street也很近，前往1866，考古博物館都方便。

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was too small, especially the shower… I couldn’t move without hitting the walls. The safe fitting edges were sharp and I hit my head to it a couple of times. The room was tiny itself as well. The location was good and near the port and bus station.

The check in process was easy, lots of restaurants within walking distance and very friendly reception that spoke English. Definitely recommend if you are transporting via ferry, as it is within walking distance.

Dreckiges Badezimmer, Bett mit Haaren, alles in allem einfach minderwertig. War zum Glück nur für eine Nacht….würde es aber nicht wieder buchen

Some people at the front desk is fine but some is quite rude. Breakfast is too simple. I was not told that the bottle water in the refrigerator is 1 euro each until check-out. I did not receive any VIP benefit.

Pour une nuit à Heraklion, c’est parfait. Bien situé entre le port et le centre ville. Personnel agréable. On peut laisser nos bagages dans la ´storage room’ pour la journée si vous souhaitez visiter la ville. Notre chambre était pas très grande et un peu vieillote mais suffisante pour la nuit. C’était propre. Petit déjeuner avec du choix salé et sucré.

Mycket bra service och supertrevlig personal. Centralt beläget nära busstationen och centrum. Vacker utsikt mot havet och hamnen. Bra frukostbuffé. Skön säng och trevligt med en liten balkong med havsutsikt. Badrummet lite slitet. Toppen med kylskåpet på rummet.

Great spot to catch the ferry - only a short walk

It was fine because it is across from the port but it’s a very basic and not particularly clean hotel. It works for short stays when catching a ferry.
