Una estancia magnífica. Comida buena, algo repetitiva, pero rica. Equipo del restaurante estupendo, especialmente Cruz, muy atento y amable. El equipo de animación, lo mejor del hotel: se nota que les encanta su trabajo, mil actividades durante el día para niños y adultos, y montan los shows de la noche que son lo mejor del hotel. Se aparca con facilidad, la playa está lejos, pero hay bus. Al ladito de las dunas. Muy buena experiencia.

Super effektivt personale. Gode på renhold. Litt ustabil varme på dusjen og en del støy på kveldstid (til ca 23:00) pga underholdning. Ellers superfornøyd, egnet seg best for småbarnsfamilier.

Hemos pasado unos días muy agradables en el hotel Abora Catarina. La comida tanto en el bar piscina como en buffet ha sido correcta, teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un todo incluido. Me gustaría también resaltar la amabilidad y predisposición de todos los trabajadores del hotel. Como punto negativo, tanto las habitaciones, como las zonas de piscina y exteriores necesitan un mejor mantenimiento.

Big room, with Balkone. Service was really great. Food in Restaurant is very good, a lot of entertainment for kids in hotel.

Hola! Para ser un hotel de la cadena Lopesan y que sea promocionado al público como un 4estrellas, deja mucho que desear. Desde sus instalaciones llenas humedad. Tenía una habitación con piscina privada, muy sucia y mal cuidada. La comida del bufé un desastre de mala. Quise dar una oportunidad al postre pero fue lo peor. Da muy mala impresión la moqueta gris tono sucio y las paredes con moho y la pintura cayéndose a trozos. Fui con mi familia y dos amigos de mi hijo mayor que cumplía los 21 y esos muchachos que comen lo que se les pone, prefirieron no cenar ni desayunar e irse al área de piscina para mantenerse a Hot dogs y hamburguesas. Definitivamente no es un 4 estrellas, no alcanza ni las 3. Es una pena y evidentemente que nunca repetiré. El personal muy amable, es lo único que puedo resaltar como positivo.

Leider stark renovierungsbedürftig, Putz fällt von den Wänden, Schimmel im Bad, Kakerlaken im Zimmer und auf der Terrasse - leider können diese Mängel auch nicht das außerordentlich freundliche Personal überdecken.

Áttum mjög góða dvöl, en stundum full mikill hávaði í skemmtiatriðum í garðinum.

Heel goed hotel , stil , alles ter beschikking. Iedereen is er uiterst vriendelijk . Special thanks to the receptionist Paul for the detailed information and good service !

Spent 5 nights here. Property needs tlc. Lots of broken floor tiles around and bottom of bathroom door rotting. Food always lukewarm. Thank goodness for the microwave. Nice plush reception and all the staff are excellent. Bed really comfortable. Property maintenance manager needs to walk around and see the problems mentioned and the restaurant manager needs to temperature probe the food. Soup I had to microwave for about a minute and the main meals around one and a half minutes.

Fin beliggenhet og et greit anlegg. Vi ble godt tatt i mot av hyggelig personal i resepsjonen. Fin størrelse på rommet. Bassengområdet er litt tett og trangt. Restauranten har et godt utvalg av mat, men opplever at tilbudet er redusert sammenlignet med tidligere opphold.

Food quality and variety excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Electrical problem in my room was sorted within 30mins of reporting it.

Grymt hotell väldig nära till öknen.

Prestations pas au niveau du prix (1900€ la semaine pour 1 adultes et 2 enfants). Buffet pas terrible, installations pas très bien entretenues, salle de sport minuscule vu le nombre de clients… Bref décevant En revanche bien placé pour visiter les dunes et bon service (animation, réception et restaurant)

Hadde bedt om et stille rom, fikk rom vis a vis scena med høgmusikk til kl 23 flere kvelder. Dette preget oppholdet sterkt Endring: del av rom som er barnefri. Ble alt for mye støy og ungeskrik. Er glad i varn, men hylekor rundt måltid er kjedelig.

A pleasant surprise. I didn’t know what to expect but it really impressed me. Great hotel for kids and families but also me (as a solo traveller) enjoyed it. Loved the help yourself element to the all inclusive. Means there weren’t any huge queues at the bar. Rooms were a very good size. The hot food for dinner could’ve had a bit more flavour and variety but that was one of a few downsides. I’d visit again in a heartbeat.
