We asked for room service in the morning. Came back at 3pm and yet still no room service. We had to ask again for room service.

Good accommodation. Clean and tidy. Got air conditioner in the room where the weather in Melbourne is so hot nowadays.

Saya sangat menikmati menginap di sini, ada tempat masak dan alat makan lengkap, di samping ada coffee shop, mini market, dan dekat transportasi tram juga hanya sekitar 200 m dari Stasiun Southern cross. Saya menginap untuk triple bed bersama suami dan anak.

Phone not work. House keeping knock the door early. Safe in the room not work and reception Calling about 1000 time and as they know phone in the room not work. Can call. But I can't pick it up.

The room was spacious. The full kitchen had microwave, oven, stove and a good refrigerator and the dishes were washed up by room service. The breakfast buffet - nice selections. I didn't need the kitchen as much since there were many places to eat nearby but it was quiet because it was the middle of holidays. The location was perfect, good access to trams, and downtown shopping. I'd visit again.
