Would give 0 stars if possible. Avoid booking here at all costs. Arrived from Canada late at night and upon arrival had been told we were moved across the street to a different hotel (I guess under the same parent company?). This hotel (the HM Gran Fiesta) has a lower rating, worse reviews, and a lower nightly rate than what we paid. Further, we were booked into a queen bed and the room we were moved into across the street was 2 twin beds. We were given no notice of this whatsoever. Only once we arrived at our original hotel did we find out of these changes. When we reached out to the hotel via our booking company for at least a partial refund (considering the price we paid for our room was more than it would have been if we just booked at HM Gran Fiesta) they declined providing any refund. Be very careful booking here - or at least be prepared to be moved to a totally different hotel/room at a lower rate and room type and without any compensation. Horrible experience, can hardly believe this would be legal.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a very good location.

Lovely hotel, clean , convenient location , close to shops beach and bars and restaurants The only problem we had was adjoining room they were smoking weed ! I did complain to reception but it still continued!

Schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Doppelzimmer schön. Einzelzimmer eher klein.

Excellent hotel, in a great location, the staff and service we received was fabulous, would highly recommend.

Positiv: Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, Möglichkeit auch nach dem Auschecken das Gepäck noch zu verstauen und nochmals Duschen zu gehen wenn man noch mehr Zeit zur Verfügung hat bis man zum Flughafen aufbrechen muss. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Es könnte beim Frühstück ev die Gemüseauswahl (Rohkost) noch erweitert werden.

Amazing hotel

Das Hotelzimmer, sowie der Pool waren sehr sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Nur ein Mitarbeiter war ein wenig aufdringlich. Ansonsten würde ich das Hotel weiter empfehlen und definitiv wieder kommen.

The Area of the hotel is great! The airport and the city center is very near. Room was nice. Breakfast was great a lot of options! Dinner could be better.

When arrived the suite we booked was unacceptable , right on the corner of building extremely noisy so the following morning as arrived late so had to stay in the room for that night we changed rooms but a lot cheaper than what we payed so asked for a refund but was told we could'nt as the people that then went in our room was given free upgrade which was not great overall enjoyed it but on a busy road so traffic was loud .

Smooth check in even though we were very late. Very nice touch was that there was a plate of food ready for us late at night. All staff were helpful and polite.

Wir waren schon ein paar Mal in diesem Hotel. Eigentlich immer ganz zufrieden. Doch leider ist es für uns nicht mehr das was es einmal Mal war. Das Geschirr beim Frühstück war nicht sauber. Die Dame bei den Eiergerichten konnte absolut kein Englisch oder Deutsch. War echt mühsam um ein Spiegelei zu bestellen. Eigentlich hätten wir eine Flasche Wein oder Sekt gratis aufs Zimmer bekommen sollen. Ich war 2x an der Reception und fragte danach. Am letzten Abend vor Abflug haben wir dann doch noch eine Flasche gekriegt. Das Personal war ziemlich motivationslos. Eigentlich schade.... Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht sauber gereinigt. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von dem Hotel. Die Konkurrenz ist gross.

The hotel is in a great location right next to the beach and walking distance from the strip which boasts restaurants bars and lots of nice shops. The hotel is very nice for the price its a great deal, the breakfast is lovely and the dinner options were also fair for what it was. They have themed nights in the restaurant for dinner which is great for abit of variety. the rooms are cleaned everyday when you need it and the pool and cocktails are great.
