Awesome location, not in the busy,loud part of town. Convenient grocery store across the road! Staff are friendly and helpful!!!

Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung war leider nicht gut, besonders der Boden war immer dreckig. Ansonsten war alles sehr gut!

Should facilitate customer access to the beach..

Really liked our room and location. However, we were on half board and after 2 evening meals we ate out. Too much like a cafeteria definitely not a 4 or 5 star experience. Lack of choice and options for dining badly explained by reception staff.

Very good hotel with nice swimming pool, staff were excellent. If you like a lovely walk, the seafront walk along the promenade to the harbor in 30-40mins for a bit more lively wine and dine, harbor protected area good for a bit of swimming and snorkeling also highly recommended if you like some history the Nea Paphos UNESCO Archaeological Park with well-preserved Roman ruins with mosaics. Hotel is perfectly located for amazing sun sets and Venus beach on the door step, one of the best beach areas, you can see a few fish off the rocks if you like to snorkel not amazing but there are one or two fish to see and right next to Tomb of the Kings, also short buss ride or drive to coral beach in the next cove down and the Old Town is not to far away, it is walkable if you like walking. Very Good!

Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas älter, es ist nicht mehr ganz neu. In den Zimmern, beim Essen und am Pool wird immer gereinigt und ein guter Service erbracht. Höfliches und aufmerksames Personal. In den Gängen und ganz speziell im Treppenhaus lässt sich dann doch etwas Schmutz und auch das alter der Liegenschaft erkennen. Die Security nimmt es genau. Es kann sein, dass man angesprochen wird und versichern muss, dass man ein Hotelgast ist. Offenbar parkieren fremde beim Hotel! Essen und Trinken vom nahegelegenen Lidl zu holen ist nicht erlaubt, Vorsicht! Das Hotel liegt top gelegen an einem der schönsten Strände (Venus Beach). Bis ins Städtchen und bis zu der Meile mit vielen Bars und Restaurants muss man einen 15 - 25 minütigen Spaziergang machen. Es gäbe hingegen such die Möglichkeit den Bus zu nehmen.

The room was nice, but nothing was fully clean. Housekeeping did not hoover in the shower or change bedsheets when they were full of sand. Because I was by myself, I could live with it just fine but it is bot reflective of their 5 start status. There were pre existing stains on the linen and some on the soft furnishings. The sofa was nice but someone had a lot of fun on it, and the marks remained to tell the story. Beach towels were stained too. For a 10€ deposit, I expected a bit more cleanliness. Once housekeeping left the door to my balcony open. I did not the do the full board, and I was very happy with my decision. Food was okay, but nothing to write home about. All in all my stay was pleasant, but nothing to rave about.

Personnel hautain, hôtel sale ne merite meme pas 3 étoiles, le buffet ne donne pas envie du tout. Fuyez. On a passé un sejour horible. Je ne recommande pas du tout.

The cleaning staff was always polite, and accomdating.

The hotel was not operating fully as the gym and in door pool was not available. The staff were friendly but the rooms were not cleaned property. Dusty on floor and in drawers. The menu for children was very repetitive spaghetti bolognese, fish fingers or chicken dippers. The chef could have been more friendlier in dishing out the meat dishes. The pool was great and appeared to be cleaned every day.

L’hotel è bello e consiglio la camera vista mare che è panoramica. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

This hotel is not a 5 star as advertised. The hotel is dated and needs a revamp. The hallways to get to room need to get painted, very bad shape. One thing in particular I didn’t like was having to put a 40 euro deposit to get 4 pool towels, and it had to be cash. The indoor pool was out of service. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly.

The staff is amazing

Not a 5 star hotel or experience. Hotel looks tired and staff are unhelpful and almost annoyed at being asked anything. We ordered room service and the order was accepted but not delivered and when chased was told that room service had finished at 10pm, despite order being placed before that. Towels are rationed strictly and deposit needed for each one. House keeping sloppy and inconsistent. Strict rationing of room keys. €70 charged for late check out. We won’t be staying here again.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The staff were consistently rude, which made the experience quite unpleasant. The room was not clean and looked outdated, especially the bathrooms, which were in poor condition. Although I paid for an all-inclusive package, I was still charged for basic items like coffee, ice cream, and bottled water. We were also only allowed access to one restaurant, and the food offered was limited in variety and quality. There were no proper options for vegetarians or those who require halal food, which was frustrating and unacceptable for an inclusive service. Additionally, there were no activities provided for children around age 10, making it unsuitable for families with older kids. Overall, this is not a 5-star experience and I would not recommend it.

Stay was great, just DO NOT take a room facing the street. There is construction going on at 7am. Could not sleep, noise was crazy.

Unser Urlaub war wunderbar. Von unserem Hotelzimmer (440) hatten wir ein tollen Blick auf das Meer. Zum Strand (total sauber und das Wasser klar) waren es nur ca 100 Meter . Das einzige was ein wenig besser sein könnte ist die Vielfalt beim Essen. Das wiederholt sich wöchentlich und die Auswahl könnte größer sein. Alles im allen ist die Lage und Qualität des Hotels sehr gut.
