Not so good having to rent a kettle when a deluxe room

Can’t comment on what’s around the property, as we use this as stopover hotel, usually arriving very late and leaving sharp the next morning, but what we do see and experience is always very good.

Very good hotel, welcoming staff, modern and clean

Check in was very straightforward and smooth. Arrived from airport quite late at night, but gentleman behind the counter was up to speed with everything, payment had been made in full, room key was given out, and Bobs your'e granny.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is less than 10 minutes from the airport which is why we booked it. The unfortunate thing for us was that the hotel shuttle wasn't running the morning that we required it so the taxi cost us 18 euros. The rooms are fine but we found the beds a little uncomfortable and the pillows not of good quality at all. The mini bar is a nice idea. The shower is very good but within the main bedroom without privacy.... fine if travelling with a partner. The separate toilet is OK with an opaque glass door. There is a nice bar area and restaurant in the hotel offering a menu del dia, snacks and other meals. We didn't use the spa as only there for one night prior to flying. We went along the road to eat. There are tapas bars, a great Turkish restaurant, ice cream parlour, bars and a well stocked supermarket within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. For what we needed...a hotel near the airport..... this was OK.

One night stopover close to the airport with a 12noon checkout. Lovely place in pristine condition and friendly attentive staff . Good food at the snack bar. Great value for money. If I were to nit-pick…….no drink making facility in the room which pushes you towards the mini bar and the very comfortable beds spoilt by the mattress protector which seemed to have been made from crisp packets. Great hotel though, would recommend.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar de airconditioning functioneerde inadequaat. Bovendien wordt deze automatisch uitgeschakeld wanneer men de kamer verlaat, waardoor de temperatuur bij terugkomst onaangenaam hoog en benauwd was.

Sur le site c'est indiqué 12 euro le repas du matin mais a la recpetion on nous annonce 14 euro. Eau du robinet odeur nauséabonde. Personnel poli et serviable.

Use this hotel many times, always happy with everything, the lady in the restaurant is always so happy, friendly and helpful, she always has a laugh and joke with us, she remembers us because of my husband’s tattoos. Its nice to see her each visit.

Great hotel only 10 minute drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Alicante. All you need in the room which are pretty big and fairly new. Would stay again.

The staff were wonderful from check in to check out. The servers in both the café and the restaurant were helpful and efficient. The food was sensational. My only regret is i wish there had been a coffee machone in the room because we had to leave before the Café opened. But i would always choose this hotel if Im in the area.

Gratis parkering like foran hotellet. Flott rom (junior suite). Bra mat. Ekstremt sen servering på restauranten. Ellers alt tipp topp.

Very friendly Staff, rooms cleaned daily. Nice Spa with pool, steamroom and sauna. Lovely garden and restaurant to relax, and very convenient transport to Airport. I would recommend this Hotel for future reservations.

Excellent hotel near airport

Prisen tilsa gjennomsnittlig, men det var virkelig superbra. Fikk uten å ha spurt oppgradering fra deluxe dobbeltrom til junior-suite. Stort boblebad på rommet. Nydelig. Skikkelig bra frokost med det aller meste man kan behøve. Parkerte gratis på andre siden av gaten, rett utenfor hovedinngangen til hotellet. Spiste sen middag i restauranten på ankomst kveld: Billig og bra mat (vi spiste pasta). Anbefaler dette hotellet sterkt.
