Great location and facilities, also the staff are very helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would love to return when I travel to Melbourne again.

Get a good deal price, and great outcome. Great location (very close with Victoria Market), lots of good food and good surrounding. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room cleanliness was average, but okay. We like the hotel and definitely will come back !!!

it's located in the heart of melbourne cbd, very close to shopping mall, tram is just located in front of the hotel, in term of the room we have a great stay and it's quite clean.. very friendly staff as well..anyway it's worth the price

We stayed at the premium courtyard view room type for 6 nights and I had the most pleasant stay. The room is spacious, clean, quiet, and warm. The location is also highly strategic, right by the Queen Victoria Market and the tram stop. Also, this hotel is still within the free tram zone, which is even better! I would highly recommend it to future travellers and I would definitely stay here again.
