I would say the hardware of this hotel could be further maintained but the software was very great!! The check in staff were energetic, helpful and kind!! I could feel their sincere welcome! And thank you for the welcome drink too!! This hotel is high accessible. Overall, a satisfactory stay!

The hotel was very user friendly. The staff was AMAZING. I LOVE that they do Breakfast till 12 p.m. That is a BIG PLUS. No restaurant on premise for lunch or dinner, but they do have pizza and sandwiches available with drinks till 12 am, so no big deal.Many great restaurants within walking distance. The only comment is for me the room was a bit small . Having said that everything in the room was in new to perfect condition. Would stay there again when in Vienna.

Für das Fahrzeug konnten wir einen Parkplatz mieten und ebenfalls laden (m. E. sehr teuer. Die vermutlich schöne Hotelfassade war leider eingerüstet. Die Innenstadt ist sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich jedoch der Restaurant Tipp wahr grauslig.

Fantastic location within 15mins walking to old town centre. Easy quick access to transportation and metro. Although the bathroom is small the toom was spacious, bright with courtyard view. Clean. Friendly staff. Strongly recommended

We had a bit of a service complaint on the first night but the hotel fixed it and more than made up for it. The location is great, easily accessible to underground, tram as well as hop-on hopoff tours. It is 10 mins walk from the main museums. The morning breakfast, should you opt in, also has a good variety.

Very good breakfast that included lox. Croissants were high quality. Very comfortable bed and effective ac, important as temperature went up into the low to mid 90’s, several days. Toilet cover fell off and I reported it but the problem was not completely rectified. People at reception aim to please which is a nice plus. Building is clean and not a lot of noise can be heard from soundproofed rooms. The price of rooms will not break the bank

The hotel was within walking distance of most everything. The hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were excellent, very friendly and so helpful. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone thinking about booking here

O hotel é muito bom (cama, travesseiro e ducha otimos). A fachada esta em reforma, mas isso nao atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Agora, é inadmissivel que um hotel desta qualidade nao tenha propriamente uma porta no banheiro, mas apenas um vidro transparente. Por mais intimidade que se tenha com seu parceiro, nao se justifica esta falta de privacidade.

Excellent hotel. 5 nights in July, we would go back.

We had a 3 night stay in this hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was around 15-20 minutes walk from many of the main tourist spots in Vienna. There is not a restaurant for dinner but plenty of places not too far away. The hotel was being renovated externally but this did not disrupt our stay.

The hotel stay was amazing and in a really nice part of the city where you can relax after a long day running about in the city.

Excellent location, beautiful building, obsequious service, but most of all they have an amazing breakfast! Hot and cold, fruit and meat and cheese, a dozen breads, and a orange juice squeezing machine…
