Khách sạn có các nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình, thực hiện đầy đủ quy trình chào đón khách từ lúc mới bước vào cho tới lên tận phòng. Sạch sẽ. Tuy ở rất gần chợ có mật độ buôn bán kinh khủng như Platunam, số người lưu trú chắc chăn đông, vì khách sạn ngay trung tâm, nhưng rất sạch. Phòng nhìn view ra thành phố rất đẹp, những giờ cao điểm Thailand kẹt xe lắm, nhìn từ Hotel ra rất đẹp.

I got free upgraded the room at high floor with amazing city view upon check-in. The breakfast was ok. Gym, swimming pool and sauna is well maintained. However, the room somehow need renovation to maintain the standard of 4 stars.

Hotelnya si sudah tua, cuma kamarnya luas, lokasi lumayan dekat pratunam dan talad neon night market jalan 10-15, 20 menitan ke platinum, 25-30 menitan ke central world, kalau dapat harga 500 ribuan si boleh menginap disini kalau di atas itu si mending pilih hotel lain.

Hotel agak tua, sepertinya ini daerah little indianya. Makanan good hotel bersih quality bagus. Lorong agak gelap dan kurang terawat. Ranjang agak tipis tapi bantal banyak. So overall oke lah. Bell bo-ynya tidak sopan. Front desk dan lain-lain oke.

WiFi is not working and the person sent to fix the problem does not know how to do just standing there and make noise until I can't stand and ask him to leave. Complain until night time they agree to move me to another room with WiFi access. However they mentioned they will move my friend room which originally next to me to same floor too but not done. In the new room, I found the tea spoon is still dirty, very disgusting. Bed and pillow is not comfortable too. Surely no return again.

Hotelnya bagus, sarapan lumayan lengkap.

1) Receptionist not friendly (showing black face) during check in & check out 2) Room sound prove is poor, guest yelling along the corridor (called to receptionist to feedback if can do anything, however answered by who no able to understand English, and just hang up call) 3) Basin spoil Overall not meeting 4 stars rating. Will not recommend if you prefer quiet & pleasant stay...

คือพอดีลืมของไว้จะให้พนักงานส่ง ems ให้ กลับโดนปฏิเสธทั้งที่เราก็พร้อมที่จะออกค่าใช้จ่ายให้ รู้สึกแย่มาก ที่พักราคาสูงในระดับนึงแต่บริการเหมือน รร 500-900.- เอาจริงๆนะเคยพักที่อื่นมาเยอะมากทั้งในและต่างประเทศไม่เคยเจอแบบนี้ เสียความรู้สึกสุดๆ จึงหาวิธีอื่นโดยจ้างแมสเซนเจอร์ไปรับและเอามาส่ง คงไม่กลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน

Sangat baik dan nyaman, sarapan pagi sangat banyak pilihan, pokoknya baik sangat baik.

Kami menginap 2 malam disini tanggal 14-15 April 2018. Kamar standard dengan ranjang queen bed. Extra bed until anak kecil digratiskan. Kamar sangat nyaman dan bersih, ac sangat dingin, toilet dengan bathtub. Front desk staff sangat ramah dan membantu. Lokasi hotel cukup strategis. Depan hotel slalu ada tuktuk standby menunggu pelanggan. Breakfast hotel khususnya roti sangat layak dicoba, taste sangat enak, varian banyak.

Kamar luas ,lokasi lumayan strategis ,bisa berjalan kaki ke pratunam market atau naik tuk-tuk di depan hotel ,sekitar hotel banyak streetfood , dan ada 7eleven,breakfast kurang variatif, banyak menu India. Thanks

Kamar sudah terlihat agak kuno, view bagus, makanan enak, bisa jalan kaki ke Pratunam.

So far so good, I will going to stay again when my next visit to Bangkok
