En route j'ai reçu un coup de fil de l hôtel me demandant l heure de mon arrivée. J' ai profité pour réserver une table pour dîner et surprise restauration fermée jusqu'à la fin du mois. Pourquoi Hôtel.com ne le mentionne pas. C'est la 2eme fois en quelques semaines.

Bed was broken and we had a terrible night's sleep, as we had checked in after they had closed, nothing could be done to help

Good location for activities in and around Arras

Nice friendly staff, reasonable food in restaurant and clean bedroom and just a short journey from the motorway

2nd time here, staff helpfullness and breakfast choice are excellent, it's always great value. Location is great for Brits to break up the trip between Channel Ports and Central Europe

I arrived very hungry, Monday evening around 19.00, the restaurant wasn't open, it said when I booked it, that it was, I had to walk 35 minutes into Arras, then pay €20, for a taxi back, after dinner.

Personnel sympa, diner et petit déjeuner bien, tout le reste à changer en commençant par le comfort de la literie, équipement TV (d'un autre monde actuellement) douche et surtout les WC sans pression

Le portail reste ouvert la nuit. Ca rassure pas trop garer sa voiture. Sinon, tout est bien passé.

Séjour agréable, accueil très chaleureux de la part de Yasmina. Petit déjeuner très bien, aussi bien du sucré que du salé Petit bémol concernant l’insonorisation des chambres (mur assez fin), nous entendons ce qui ce passe dans les chambres voisines

Séjour convenable. Hôtel situé en bord de voie rapide (légèrement bruyant mais passable). Déco un peu dépassée. Le portail d’entrée n’est pas fermé la nuit. À noter que le restaurant n’est pas ouvert tous les jours. Quelques bornes de rechargement de voitures électriques sur le parking.

Personnel très gentil et accueillant. Malheureusement lit non fait avec miettes de biscuits et autres … Facture à vérifier, il y a qq confusions.

As a pit stop after a long day's drive this hotel delivers the expected functional accomdation with secure parking, good wifi, a reasonable restaurant and convenient access from the Autoroute. As such it's good value, to the point we've stayed a few times. The town centre is just over a half hour's walk.

The hotel is chalet type accomodation which was clean and adequate albeit worn and dated. My room on the rear of the accommodation block, ground floor, was very warm when we stayed, with no air conn. We never used the restaurant but all the staff we engaged with were very friendly and accommodating.

Dirty and run down on the outside but the room was nice enough. Not a premier inn for sure. Staff were friendly and helpful.
