Very clean , our first time in Kelowna

We booked this hotel in order to use the outdoor pool and waterslide. The first day the pool was closed and the water was green. The next 4 days the water was cloudy and you couldn’t even see the bottom stair. Not something I would swim in. The room was comfortable and spacious even for a family of 5. We did end up buying a foam mattress to go on the pullout couch because my son was very uncomfortable and that worked well. There was a fridge and microwave which was nice. The breakfast was the same everyday which got boring but it still was decent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although I have never had a hotel put a hold for the entire amount of my stay which they did. Overall, I think I would choose to stay elsewhere simply because we never got to use the pool which was the reason for picking this one.

The floor was soaked by the fridge towards the a/c unit. The fridge didn’t work. The walls are paper thin.

Property is unkept for what it is. The staff are very good and helpfully 5 stars to the staff. The hotel needs a good cleaning from rooms to pool to waterslide it's got mold and filth. This is not Marriot NA standards sorry. There are bushes by the pool constant homeless smoking drugs you can smell it and needles by the fence. This needs to be fixed. The smell of junkies smoking crack is unbearable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were very friendly and always ready to assist Breakfast was tasty with good variety. swimming pool and water slide was amazing ! It was clean.it was peaceful and not too crowded I would definitely stay again this hotel if i go to Kelowna again...:)

I was very disappointed to find out at check-in that the pool and waterslide were closed for the night. I specifically booked this hotel on our way home for that reason, with kids. Although, we were given free tix for H20 but for that price I expect a fully functioning pool in the hotel we are paying for!! I was so disappointed. Not the staffs fault, but totally Hotels.com!!

The staff at this hotel were very nice and helpful unfortunately the room coffee maker didn’t work in the bathtub did didn’t drain properly.

Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, excellent staff, very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was a weak point, although not the staffs fault, however some guests resorted to acting very poorly when it came to the breakfast, no order or rules it seems, people pushing into lines, other people taking entire plates of food so there is none left for others. Really the only weakspot the hotel could be expected to control.

Maybe I got someone with heavy feet, I hear every step with vibration. The person before me set up alarm, which went off at 6am and sounded every 9 minutes. I was fully awake when I figured out how to cancel it.
