酒店位置优越，靠近登托堀，吃饭完全不成问题。酒店大堂提供咖啡和茶，非常贴心。此外，酒店还提供各种便利设施，这一点也值得称赞。如果我再去那里，一定会再次入住这家酒店。

The employees are very friendly. I left my money in the deposit box, and I was contacted to return to the hotel to take it. It was great when we checked out; the room was immediately checked and notified. I was in a hurry because I thought check-out time was twelve o'clock. It turned out to be eleven o'clock. The hotel location is also very strategic. Thank you Cross Hotel for everything.

More Than Expected. The hotel is situated in an unbeatable location, just steps from the vibrant Dotonbori area, conveniently positioned to the left of the building. With seamless access, the check-in experience is both welcoming and efficient, complemented by a genuinely friendly and helpful staff. The cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the hotel are impeccable, and the location truly sets it apart, making it a perfect choice for any traveler.

Perfect location for Dotonbori/Shinsaibashi, excellent prices for the rooms and services provided (I. E. Delicious breakfast, roomy bathtub, etc.), 10/10 will stay again

The room is very spacious and clean, and the location is near to Dotombori area and to the Osaka station. Overall, my husband and I had an incredible experience staying in Cross Hotel. Definitely will come back.

This hotel is very very recommended! The staffs are very kind and helpfully.. The service is very freaking satisfying.. Location is very strategic, near with Namba station, department stores, high en brands stores, the atmosphere so wonderful, this is my second time stay here.. And would stay here again if I come back to Japan, thank you cross hotel! U r the best!

靠近难波站14号出口和道顿堀商店街。服务人员让我们感到宾至如归。

Great hotel. Very close to namba station, only a 2 minute walk from exit 14 & 15B. And very close to Glico Man sign. We had the room on the 12th floor which the concierge said was just renovated, so the room looked brand new and comfortable. Staffs were super helpful when checking in and checking out. Available amenities are great. They have bath salt, shower cap, hair turban, razors, toothbrushes, combs, pajamas etc. Overall the stay was splendid. Can’t wait to recommend this hotel to everyone!

Hotel bagus pelayanan nya sopan-sopan

Hotel dengan lokasi yang sangat hebat. Dekat sekali dgn dotonbori dan glicoman signboard. Diseberang jalan aa donQ dan matsumoto kiyoshi. Dekat dengan exit Osaka-Namba station (exit 14) dan jalan sekitar 10 menit ke Nankai Line Station untuk ke Kansai.Kamar agak lebih kecil dari hotel kami di Tokyo (mystays gotanda station) but it’s very recommended hotel!

Lokasi strategis dengan shinsai bashi! Habis belanja langsung taruh di hotel dulu terus balik shopping lagi!

Lokasi di pusat perbelanjaan, kamar dan pelayanan oke banget.
