I have always enjoyed staying at this location and have never really had any complaints except that there’s no housekeeping on the weekends at all. Guests have to personally bring dirty linens to front desk to retrieve clean linens and I noticed this stay that there was very limited/few breakfast and beverage options. There used to be more variety.

Worker bullied me while eating breakfast

So this was mine and my husband's first time staying at this motel. The rooms are just like pictured. The bed is so comfortable. The staff was very nice. We werent supposed to check in till 4 but our room was already ready so she let us go ahead and check in early. The breakfast was good. They do close it at 900 o so be there before 8. And the pillows did suck so you may want to take your own. The only issue we had was the pillows. We will definitely be staying here again.

La habiume pareció muy cómoda, amplia, limpia, lo que no me gustó es que afuera del hotel hay muchos fumadores y hace parecer el área peligrosa, el desayuno si es una estafa, todo es congelado y de mala calidad así que no lo recomiendo, y el staff es muy amable y colaborador, solo 1 persona del staff me pareció grosera y problemática

Uncleanliness

I love the staff especially crystal she made it quite comfortable (front desk lady) breakfast was great but good of been hotter. Overall it’s a thumbs up 👍for me

The front desk isn't friendly. The breakfast doesn't offer a variety of food—only some bread and butter. I could not get breakfast there. They don't refill the refrigerator beverages. The room needs maintenance.

Everything was just as expected. Nice and neat and good and easy breakfast.

Better access to internet, and better communication.

Nice space and did not smell however the hotel itself was hot and not the cleanest.

I must express my disappointment. The rooms were significantly misrepresented in the photos on your site. While I expected a comfortable stay, I was met with numerous issues, including substantial repairs needed and cleanliness concerns that were unfathomable based on the online listing. Given these discrepancies, I strongly urge you to reconsider including this hotel on your site until they can provide verifiable proof that they are upholding the standards depicted in their listings. Customers deserve transparency and accurate representations to make informed choices about their accommodations. Until then, it may be wise to avoid promoting this hotel to prevent further dissatisfaction among travelers.

After driving overnight and through the day wiry 3 kids, I had hope for at least a mediocre stay since I wasn't going to spend much time in the room anyway... BUT the hall and elevator smelled of cigarettes, the flooring in the room was tearing up, the high touch surfaces were dirty(ie light switches, handles), mold on the bathroom ceiling, and when I went to lay in the bed to feed my infant the sheets already, or rather STILL had sand and hair in the bed. Needless to say, I took the children and requested a refund so i could find a suitable place for our visit.

Never in my life have I visited a hotel as terrible as this one. A very bad experience. The room was not clean, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and everything was disgusting. The staff was very rude. You can hear the other guests in the rooms. Everything was terrible. I would never stay again.
