Hotel was nice, air conditioning did not work so room was unbearably hot. This was the case for several rooms for the group we were visiting with.

The location and hotel itself is OK ( ... yep a bit pricey ...), food was OK, staf we fine. But the electric car charging was complete joke. Provided by some local company, help only in german language and QR codes for one-time charging did not work. Just wondering if they really work (for austrian citizens) or if they are just a scam for tourists. They can do better in 2024.

The hotel is located within an easy walk to the old town. The spa is connected to the hotel underground. The weather was terrible when we were there and so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant that turned out to be wonderful. Staff and service were great. The spa really makes this place special (although some Americans may not be comfortable with mixed-sex nudity, which is required in the sauna areas).

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Leider war unser Zimmer nicht sauber (es wurde anscheinend nur die Bettwäsche gewechselt, aber geputzt wurde nicht (überall Staub, Fingernägel lagen am Boden, keine Seife im Badezimmer, keine Tücher etc) nach unserer Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer was besser war, aber die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen auch in diesem Zimmer gab es viele Mängel (Schimmel in der Ablüftung in der Dusche etc) das ist leider nicht akzeptabel für ein 4Sterne Hotel. Das hat uns einwenig geekelt, jedoch waren die Mitarbeiter sehr nett und entgegenkommend und haben versucht unseren Aufenthalt besser zu machen, für die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption gibt es ein sehr großes Lob für ihren Einsatz!
