Gute Lage, 50 Meter zum Strand und in der Nähe viele Restaurants. Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist die Insel gut zu erkunden.

Everything is good about exe, their fantastic staff and fabulous breakfast. A very small one. Its hard not to get the floor wet outside the shower due to the strange shower cabin design. An accent waiting to happen.

The fried eggs at breakfast were very fluffy and wet, of non attractive consistence. Why are they not serving well baked eggs, baked on both sides so they are crispy not wet, and/or omelette? And I would like to see more vegetables for breakfast

Tout était parfait sauf notre chambre était mal isolé ont entendaient tout ce qu'il se passait dans la rue comme si la fenêtre était ouverte très compliqué de s'endormir. Les horaires de piscine étaient vraiment trop tôt fermeture à 18h. si non l'accueil au top personnel sympathique et à l'écoute. hôtel propre et super bien placé. pas de parking par contre il y a un parking à 200m pour environ 15€ la journée.

Puse una hoja de reclamaciones ya que tarde 56 minutos en hacer el checking ya que solo había una persona en recepción y con poca experiencia Le pregunté por el director o alguien más de responsabilidad y a la pobre la habían dejado sola con la ayuda de un chat un viernes con un montón de check in por hacer

Very nice option in Las Palmas

This hotel is in a great location, very central and close to lots of restaurants & shops. It's literally less than a minute's walk to the beach and promenade and not too far from the main bus station. There's also a large shopping mall about ten minutes walk away at the harbour. The rooms themselves are clean and large, a bit dated but comfortable nonetheless. The swimming pool doesn't look as grand as in the photo if that's important for you. Breakfast is good, with a variety of meats, cheeses, fruit etc, there could be more variety, however there are plenty of cafes & restaurants serving breakfast nearby as another option. The service is first class, everyone at reception and the restaurant are very friendly & helpful, and able to recommend where to visit on the island. They also accommodated late checkout for us which was much appreciated. I would definitely stay here on my return and would highly recommend this hotel to any visitors to Las Palmas!
