接待员很友善，总是提供建议和服务。这里有行李寄存柜和雨伞出租。房间很干净，茶也很好喝。酒店靠近花园。我会再住在这里。这里适合在城里的家庭入住。附近有商店和书店。总的来说，我印象深刻。

Tempatnya bagus kamar luas walaupun akses cukup jauh dari station.

Room is Japan size but clean. Location is great. Downstairs is Lawson mini market.

I really like this hotel, akses langsung ke tempat belanja shinjuku, dan ada lawson di pintu masuk hotel. Everything was perfect.

Kamar lumayan besar buat ber 3 dan untuk ukuran hotel di Jepang. Resepsionis sangat help full, bahasa Inggrisnya oke. Boleh check in lebih cepat. Cuma di red distrik. Agak kurang nyaman kalo pulang ke malaman.

Unpleasant hospitality by the reception staff; The rate is very high compare to the old room condition …. We finally decided to early check out and move to a much better hotel nearby with the same rate … and HAPPY! Surrounding area is not recommended for family comfortable staying.

Location of hotel is strategic, near shinjuku station, hospitality was great, we can do early check-ins.

Lokasi di tengah area red district kabukicho, sangat mudah cari makanan dan club. Sekitar 1 km jalan kaki ke stasiun kereta shinjuku.

Great location, 5 mins walk from Metro Station, 10 mins to Express Bus terminal, surrounded by delicious food. Great staff also, very friendly.
